Description of Work: He checked what I thought was a upstairs bathroom leak due to a damp downstairs ceiling. He decided that it was not something that he would recommend tearing into and to just keep an eye on it. He mentioned that it could be the overflow drain in the tub and that the seal behind the overflow may not be sealed properly. this made sense due to the fact that my 10 year old fills the tub really full. He only charged the trip fee and said that if it truly turns out to be a leak they will waive the trip fee to come back out. I have had no problems with it being a real leak.

Description of Work: Excellent response time. They came out and Andy removed existing Gas Grill Plumbing for demolition of Old Deck. Andy returned eight weeks later, after new deck had been built, and reinstalled all new plumbing to Grill. Job was timely, neat and clean, as good or better than I had hoped. Great Job!

Description of Work: Replace back water valve in floor drain. Rout the line downstream from the floor drain. There were difficulties to overcome because of the age of the plumbing and the cleanout plug for the line was hidden under the concrete. The technicians were persistent though they had to come on three different days to resolve the issues. The replacement part was not readily available as no longer in common use. The existing part had to be cut out. Problem resolved.
