Description of Work: They were terrific in the first visit. They didn't charge me. But they promised to get back to me about my shower and to this day they never have. 3 weeks ago they emailed me a picture of the new shower head and I emailed back that it was just fine. The receptionist explained that the man for the job had stomach flu but he would contact the following Monday. I never heard from them again and this was I think May 11.

I did research our records and I do see that we have a quote created for the replacement of tub/shower trim, showerhead and valve stems, however, i was unable to locate a response to move forward with the work. I know this is rather late but I would be happy to assist you personally with this matter going forward. If you would be willing to give us another chance, I would be happy to make this matter right. I will follow up with a phone call and email to you and hopefully we can make this right. Thank you for taking the time to share this matter.
