The individual plumbers have been very professional and have done an excellent job. They are always prompt and professional in managing the schedule and when they will be at your home. I appreciated the difficult recommendation that I needed to have the water pressure into the house reduced and managed because the pressure was too high and causing most of my issues. I would most definitely hire them again as each time they have been excellent and stand behind the work.

It was great. They did a good job and everything works well.

It took three different plumbers to finally diagnose what was wrong with our upstairs toilet, despite the first one presumably having the most experience of the three.

My house was built in 1930. Most of the plumbing fixtures are original and need a plumber with special expertise. Bill Hall at Isley fits the bill. I know my plumbing jobs are always going to be more expensive. Bill did a great job of laying out the options, what he'd try to do and the alternatives he'd have to resort to if the first plan didn't work. Dawn at the office was great at keeping in touch as we waited for parts to arrive. Even though I was fully prepared for the first, best repair option on the shower valve not to work, gladly, Bill was successful. Similarly, the toilet repair went well. Everything works perfectly.

all work was done ,corrections made to existing plumbing issues, both disposal and dishwasher performing flawlessly .this is my second time using LE Isley and have projects slated for 2017 . They will get the 1st call. Very dependable.

Two workers showed up to complete the work and it took them like 9 hours. It was fine.

They have been out three times. They are clean, do honest work and quote me the exact amount before they do anything. They are very pleasant and professional. They are very quick, hard working, get to it and the quality of the work is excellent. For the quality of work they did and how pleasant it is to have not rusted things the price was well worth it.

Called Isley at 9:10 am and Jake was here at 9:40 am. I showed him what was wrong and he gave me several options for repair. Jake was very professional and worked quickly to repair the toilet and laundry faucets. Our family has used Isley for over 50 years and would certainly use them in the future.

Did installation without any problems

The services performed hardly merit the price I was charged. I paid $230 for 2 guys to replace 2 valves. They were at my house maybe 30-mins. What an outrageous fee for so little work! Before you schedule, know that there's a $25 trip charge. If you're shopping Plumbers, be prepared to pay top dollar for L.E. Isley & Sons, Inc. At most, this should've cost me $75-100. #disappointed #pricegouging

Always a perfect job. This job was very difficult and took several hours however, due to the years of experience of this plumber, he knew how to remove the corroded faucets and get the new ones installed. He replaced the toilet valve stem with a much higher quality one than what was already there. Work done on time and cleaned up the mess too. Always appreciate this firm and their work ethic.

Came out quickly as it was a leak that I could not get to stop. One of the repairs was in a very difficult area and instead of telling me he couldn't get to it, he went above and beyond to reach it and fix it for me. The other leak was actually the faucet, so he thought it best to leave that alone until I was able to purchase a new faucet. They are so good about not fixing things unnecessarily. I trust this firm with all my plumbing repairs.

Same day response. Called ahead. Completed job in about 1.5 hours. Planned to replace 4 valves but Dennis advised that one of them was fine and there was no need to replace. Very happy with the whole experience and relieved to have the job completed. I have used Isley for many years and have always been pleased.

Their tem came out, verified the leak location and corrected the seal issue.

Very well. I was unable to remove old anode rod but it took them a very short time with their specialized tools. Their charge to return once I obtained a new rod was very reasonable.

Each of the plumbers that have been sent out have been helpful, professional and courteous, as well as the employees answering the phones to schedule the work. I am very pleased with their services and happy to do business with a local Westfield company. I also had them check our water heater and it was determined there is a leak and needs replaced.
