Home Sweet Home Pet Care will take loving care of your pet. Medicines will be given and attention will be doled out. They do a wonderful job of pet sitting. Further, they keep an eye on your house. We were out of town from 06/11-06/18 and they saw that our water heater had quit working. They worked with me and my preferred plumber and we came home to hot water and a house that hadn't been flooded. Our cat remembers them and has grown accustomed to their care. A+

John and Sharon Burns provide excellent service. They are totally reliable and our dogs love them. Knowing our pets are taken care of in such a professional manner when we are gone during the day means a lot to us. We have used them for nearly 11 years!

I use them all of the time and they charge $30 a day. I have indoor and outdoor cats. I have an animal rescue. I am amazed with everything they do for the cost.

We have used John and Sharon for more than 10 years. I don't know what we would do without them. They are totally reliable and our dogs love them.

John and Sharon are amazing. They are totally dependable and totally trustworthy. Our dogs love them and so do we. They watch for any changes in our dogs, which helps catch any health issues early.

The visits went very well. I had left instructions on feeding and the cats' behavior, Home Sweet Home followed the instructions to the letter with both feeding and interacting with the cats. One of the cats is outgoing and allowed contact with the caregivers but the other cat is shy and stand offish. Home Sweet Home interacted with the cats according to the cats wishes. They played with the outgoing one and gave the shy one his space. Home Sweet Home went even farther than just the cat care...between feedings, they swept the laundry room (cat box room) and the adjoining rooms. When we came home from vacation on the 19th, the cats and all litter boxes were in excellent condition and (my favorite part) there was no cat litter to sweep up. I enjoyed reading the daily reports that detailed the cats' demeanor during the visits, their eating and how they interacted with the care givers. At the end of each visit they put "eyes on" both cats before leaving them. I appreciated that, too, as one of the cats is a bit adventurous and they knew he was safe before leaving him. From the reports, it sounded like the cats became quite comfortable with the daily visits especially since this was their first exposure to a pet sitting service. The cats demeanor was typical when we returned. i appreciated that Home Sweet Home asked us to check in with them on our return home. They really seemed to have our cats' care interests at heart. I would use Home Sweet Home again without hesitation.

They have taken care of our dogs and house before. Everything is done perfectly. The dogs are happy, everything I asked them to do was done well. They exceed expectations every time. They are so nice, caring and considerate and love our dogs! I can go on vacation and know our dogs and house are safe.

John and Sharon are great! They are very professional, prompt, trustworthy, and thorough. They not only come to take care of my pets, but they leave notes on what they have done, clean up any messes the pets have made, bring in the mail, check the house, and water plants. In more recent times when it rained so much, some water came in the basement, they found it and alerted us to see what should be done. Another time there was a leak in the kitchen sink and water went into the cabinet below and onto the floor. They turned the water off and cleaned the mess up. I was very grateful; it could have turned into a big problem if left unattended. I feel my pets are happier staying at home in their own environment instead of being boarded somewhere. Furthermore, I am happy and feel comfortable when we leave knowing that the house is being looked after. I would recommend Home Sweet Home to everyone. They do a wonderful job!

John and Sharon are amazing! They love the dogs and take really good care of them. They do so much more than is asked of them. Everything is neat and in order and the dogs are happy when we get home. We leave without any worries.

We have used Home Sweet Home several times over the years and they always treat our animals like their own. They take time to feed, clean and play so they always have some human time. John and Sharon are some of the nicest and most consciences people we have met. When we arrive home our kitties are always happy and the home is in great shape down to the freshly swept carpets. They are awesome! They are very reliable and our dogs love them. It is such a relief to know we have someone totally trustworthy looking after our 2 dogs for us. They are great communicators whenever they need to get a message to us. We have used them for nearly 10 years!!!!!

Everything went very well. Our dog is not one for a group dog environment with strange dogs nor do we want to have her in a "pen" for multiple overnights. Our dog was able to stay in the comfort of her own home sleeping in a familiar place and probably enjoying the piece and quiet with everyone gone. John & Sharon did a pre visit to understand our needs and meet our dog. All went very well. We were very pleased with all aspects of their service....gathering the mail and giving the carpet a good vacuum before we arrived back home!

They're incredibly thorough and kind. They are real, personable, dog-loving people, and they're very trustworthy. They leave notes after each visit and send messages in the event of anything I need to be made aware of. They're great people. The level of care they provide my chocolate Laboradoodle is unparalleled. They even took out the trash! I'll certainly be using them again.

Home Sweet Home does a wonderful job. I have used them for almost three years now. They always return my call promptly, and are very easy to deal with. I tell them the dates I would like to use them and how often they should come. They usually call a day or two beforehand to verify what was planned. They have always done what I have asked of them for the pets such as give them medicine. I like that the pets can stay at home and don't have to be boarded somewhere. And, it is also a way for me to know the house and yard are being looked after while I am away. If anything should happen, they can call me and we can discuss options about what to do. I highly recommend them.

This was the second time we used John and Sharon for our pet sitting needs, and once again they did not disappoint!! They are simply the best! They provided plenty of TLC to our 2 older labs. They visited them 3 times per day, took them on walks (when the weather would allow), gave them treats and made sure they were always well-cared for. They go beyond just taking care of the dogs though! We left our house in such a hurry for our trip that our backyard wasn't prepared for the thunderstorms that came into town. Luckily, John and Sharon made sure to take care of our outdoor furniture and BBQ without us even asking! They always go above and beyond and are so professional and nice! John and Sharon are fantastic pet and house sitters and we know we will be using them again in the future!! After being away from our home for 7 days, we came home after a long day of travel and our dogs were happy, fed, well-cared for and our house was in tip-top shape! They visited our house 3 times a day to look after our dogs and left notes and details after each visit. Sharon also texted me updates to check in and would respond right away whenever I had a question about our dogs or house. They were extremely professional and so nice!! I know our dogs will be excited to have them visit the next time we have to go out of town. Before I hired John and Sharon I looked into boarding our dogs at local kennels/dog daycare, and I am so glad that I hired John and Sharon instead!! Our dogs were in the comfort of our home and our house was cared for. I strongly recommend Home Sweet Home Pet Care, they are the best!

This is the second time that we have used Home Sweet Home Pet Care . Sharon and John are truly dedicated , we feel very safe leaving them in charge of our lovely little pet Toby . They also took in the mail , newspaper , watered plants and changed the food in the Hummingbird feeder along with many other tasks like buying milk for when we got home ! Will use them again and again . We were gone three weeks without a worry about what was going on at home :)

John and Sharon don't miss a beat. They are willing to help even when very busy. They call us back promptly. Update records every visit. And they really do come back if you forget to call and tell them when you're home:)! We've put our confidence in this organization for more years than I can remember.... 10?? Would recommend to anyone who cares about their furry family members. They'll be in the best hands.

John and Sharon Burns are amazing service providers. Without them our pets' lives would be much bleaker and our lives would be lived much closer to home. When I call them, I have complete confidence that not only are our pets happy and loved, but our house is secure, our garbage cans brought up, our packages brought in, the plants watered, the rug is vacuumed, the floor swiffered, and a welcoming note left for us. Quite honestly, I don't know how people live without them. I would recommend John and Sharon without hesitation to anyone.

They are a really nice caring couple , our rabbit and home were in good order when we got back . We will use them again for our next trip . They love animals and we felt very happy leaving Toby our bunny with them . Our home was very clean when we got back and they had even vacuumed the first floor . They sit for all kinds of animals , not just rabbits !

We felt comfortable leaving town and knowing someone was able to care for our dog, take in the mail, and check on the house. They came to visit our home before the first job started. They spent quality time at our home getting to know our dog and our family. I know that John and Sharon would call us if needed while we are away. They call prior to the date to make sure everything is still on track. They left detailed notes of each visit and a phone number to call them back when we arrived home so they truly knew we made it home safe and their job was complete. Our dog was happy when we arrived home so I knew she was in good hands. We have asked them back several times and will continue to do so in the future.

We went out of town for 5 days and the Burns, John and Sharon took excellent care of our dog. They visited 3 times a day. Besides the dogs feedings and outside duties, they had playtime for the dog and gave her lots of attention. In addition to the dog's care, they bring in the paper and mail, they water house plants and take out the trash cans when needed. They even sweep the floors if needed. There is a written log of all the visits and what they did at each visit. We highly recommend Home Sweet Home Care.

Excellent as always!! We have used John & Sharon a number of times in the past, and will continue to use them whenever needed. They are very conscientious and caring, treating our family of kitties as their own. That says it all!! We leave detailed notes and instructions, as things change from visit to visit. That way, we know they have all the information they might need, even though we are only a phone call away. Although they had not been here for a couple of years, we had no concern about having them come again, knowing they would follow all of our instructions, and they did. Sharon took extra time to spend with one of our shy cats, so he would become more comfortable with her presence. John took care of house things in general, and vacuumed the floor, even though that was not requested. When we returned, the kitties were all content, as if we had not been away, and the house was just as clean. Sharon also left notes on each visit, and called once to let us know all was going well. It is very obvious that this is not simply a job, but rather a chosen profession that they both love doing. Their devotion to animals shows in their work... and their attention to detail. We appreciate being able to leave when necessary, knowing our pet family will be well taken care of, just as we would do. Our pets are part of our family, and having sitters we trust completely to care for them is invaluable.

It went excellent. Their prices were fair. I would use them again.
