Description of Work: I have used Home Sweet Home Pet Care for several years. They are the BEST! My cats love them and so do I! Sharon and John go far beyond what one would expect--not just feed the pets and scoop the litter boxes . . . but play with them, bring in mail and paper, check the door locks and sump pump, water plants, vacuum carpets, clean up accidents, call owner if wanted, take out and bring in trash cans, wash and recycle the pet food cans and leave a note every day telling how things are going! What more could one want? Sharon is amazingly organized and nothing has ever gone wrong, even through the snow and ice last winter! She and John are always there to feed my cats and play with them. And, as a bonus, I think their rates are fair and reasonable! I feel comfortable and at ease when I go away if Home Sweet Home Pet Care is taking care of my "pet" family!

IN FACT THE FIRST TIME I CALLED THEM I GOT THEIR VOICE MAIL BUT DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. THEY USED THEIR CALLER ID TO GET MY NUMBER AND CALLED ME BACK RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF TAKING CARE OF OUR PETS AND HOUSE WHILE WE WERE GONE. WE WILL USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE WHILE WE WERE ON VACATION AND FED OUR CATS, EMPTIED THE LITTER BOXES, AND BROUGHT IN OUR MAIL AND PAPERS. THEY ALSO CHECKED TO MAKE SURE ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS WERE LOCKED AND THAT THE HOUSE DID NOT NEED ANY EMERGENCY REPAIR WORK.

THERE WASN'T ANY QUESTION ABOUT ALL THE LOVING THEY GOT WHILE WE WERE GONE. THE HOUSE IS ALWAYS THROUGHLY CHECKED FOR ANY PROBLEMS, AND THEY FOUND/LOCKED A WINDOW WE'D MISSED. + -1 moreBY FAR THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED. THE BURNS COULDN'T BE A NICER COUPLE. THE DOGS TOOK TO THEM IMMEDIATELY, THOUGH WE HAD NEVER USED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE BEFORE. THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE US ON REALLY SHORT NOTICE AND WORKED OUT A GREAT SCHEDULE NOT TO DISRUPT THE DOGS' NATURAL ROUTINE AS MUCH. WE WILL DO THIS AGAIN. I AM SO GRATEFUL AND THE DOGS WERE SO RELAXED WHEN WE CAME HOME. WE GOT DAILY NOTES, EVEN ABOUT THE 2 CATS' TEMPERAMENTS WHICH WAS COMPLETELY BY THE SITTERS' OWN ACCORD. THERE IS NO HIGHER PRAISE THAT I CAN OFFER OTHER THAN TO SAY; IT WOULD BE WORTH IT AT TWICE THE PRICE. I IMMEDIATELY FELT CONFIDENT HAVING THEM IN MY HOME. THANK YOU HOME SWEET HOME. YOU WERE WONDERFUL AND THE DOGS WANT YOU BACK SOON.

+ -1 moreSHARON AND JOHN ARE CAREFUL AND COMPETENT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB BOTH TIMES. THEY THINK OF DETAILS WE NEVER WOULD HAVE AND PROVIDE A LONG LIST OF REFERENCES. WE HAVE PEACE OF MIND WHILE WE ARE AWAY, WE DONT HAVE TO TAKE OUR CATS TO A KENNEL, AND OUR PLANTS THRIVE.
Description of Work: THIS HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM HAS TAKEN CARE OF OUR HOME AND TWO CATS TWICE NOW THIS YEAR (14 DAYS AND 9 DAYS). DURING THEIR DAILY VISITS, THEY WATERED ALL THE PLANTS, BOTH INSIDE AND ON OUR DECK, AND BROUGHT IN THE MAIL AND PAPERS (DIDNT HAVE TO HAVE MAIL HELD!). THEY EVEN TOOK OUT THE TRASH.
