basement remodeling
 + -1 moreI tried breaking up the job into sperate jobs and pay him in increments. He refused to split up the job, so we decided to part ways and request our money back for the work that we paid him for already that was not completed. John refused to give us the money back and has only completed a small portion of the whole job. He is not licensed and insured for his trade and has taken thousands of dollars from us.
Description of Work: John was supposed to drop the electrical down to the basement and some framing in our basement. He was also supposed to do work on two bedrooms, a wet bar, bathroom and more. The whole job was quoted for $7400.
