I tried a number of plumbers before I could even get one on the phone. Niezgodski's was friendly, got someone out the next day, and resolved the issue for a very reasonable price.

Niezgodski's plumbers are everything you'd expect.  Reliable, expert and efficient.  I strongly recommend this firm for responsiveness and a very good job.

Initial installation went very well.  They even put a "pan" under the water heater, with a simple electronic water detector in the pan.  Any water in the pan, and it would start beeping.
Unfortunately, a year or so after installation, the beeper went off. Not a lot of water, but a definite leak.  We called Niezgodski's back and they determined that it was not a pipe leaking, but the main tank.  The manufacturer's warranty was still in effect -- but it only covered parts!  I tried to get the manufacturer to cover the labor too, but they would not budge. So I ended up having to pay Niegodski's over a hundred dollars for labor.  Maybe they gave me a break on the labor; I don't know.  At any rate, the problem was not their fault and they were caught in the middle.
Niezgodski's has been around forever, and they do good work.  I will use them again.

They were good, punctual, on time, did the work, answered a few questions I had extra and handled the problem, no problem. They replaced the sill cock, and the leak on the water softener and answered general questions about the outside well.

Everything was awesome. Niezgodski gave me the best quote. They came in with a crew of several people and worked on the projector for about a week. Things went quick due to all the people they had working on the project simultaneously.
First they dug out a large section of the street so they could reach the city sewage line. Then they dug out a trench for the new line that went to the street. At the same time they were removing the dirt from the top of the septic tank and used jack hammers to crush in the top. They also had to dig a trench outside that went from our kitchen sink to the new sewage line because our kitchen sink drain line did not come inside the house like you would expect it to. They would have just run a new line in the house but our kitchen is on a concrete slab so it wasn't easy to do that.
Finally they laid all the new pipe and had us functional very quickly. After everything was done they covered the ground with top soil and grass seed.
Everyone was professional, courteous, and did a great job.

Extremely punctual. Unusual for this type of service.

I had a special request for the drain installation. I asked that a pop-up drain be installed. Even though the plumber advised it probably not work, I asked him to try it anyway. He was right and he had to redo drain. However, he was able modify the 2nd installation to make it work the way I wanted it to. I appreciated his willingness and ability to make the adjustment. The cost for the extra work was only about $20 because he also worked very efficiently.

He was very fast and extremely professional and cleaned up after the job.

My kitchen sink was plugged up and they put some new pipes down under my sink. He was there for about four or five hours and had to even come back the next day. They didn't even charge me by the hour. It was real reasonable. They do a good job and they don't charge me an arm and a leg. This is the third time I have used their services.
