He measured length of gutters to offer bid, then adjusted for my being referred by you. He and his assistant then proceeded to clean them and found it hard going since they were packed - even had weeds growing in them! I was so embarrassed, but he was just great about it. He asked if he could use my outside faucet to clean out the rain shuts of excess weeds - which I gladly gave! I couldn't have asked for a more courteous and thoughtful person. I would definitely use him again - and I plan on "spreading the word" about him!

George and his associate listened to my questions and took special care with the interior UV coating on my windows. Everything was spotless and they were very polite and respectful. My whole family uses Top Shine.

I got an email from him that he’s too backed up that he can’t get to our windows until Oct. I think that’s just too late in the year and I requested a refund.

My house sparkles. Having the windows all cleaned up by George had an effect that I had not really expected. It was a lot of work for the homeowner to clear off all the sills, move furniture and remove some curtains, but the end result was fantastic, and I was impelled to do some deep cleaning behind furniture that I had not moved myself for months or years. George was punctual, personable and polite. I was especially impressed with the polite part, which went beyond the usual brand of courteousness experienced with other Angie's List gold service providers and which I attribute to his unusual upbringing in a foreign culture. I have already recommended him to two of my friends and will have him back for "spring cleaning".

George was busy but willing to fit us in before a big event. He was extremely easy to work with and provided a professionalism we appreciated very much.

George contacted us to set the appointment and clarify what we wanted to have done. He called to remind us a few days beforehand. It was an Angie's deal for a specific number of windows, so when George and his assistant arrived, they made sure that we understood any extra costs that might arise because our windows exceeded the number included in the deal. I had to leave and he called me to advise me of the hard water stains on the windows and asked if wanted to have the stains removed at a very reasonable cost (involved steel wool and razor blades). We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and desire to provide excellent customer service. Windows look great and we will definitely use Top Shine window cleaning again.

The owner performed the service and he was punctual, friendly and very professional. He responded quickly to all our questions, and called to remind us of his visit the day before he came. He did a great job and we were very pleased.

Very professional. Did exceptional work. Would recommend. Took the time to remove paint that slightly splattered on windows that wasn't visible from ground. Took the time to explain any windows that may have wood issues.

It went very well, George also pointed out two windows in which the seal was broken because of marks left on the panes. He took his time doing a perfect job. I scheduled a time for next year as well as having him do my blinds. I am more then pleased with the work and the young man that did it. All I can say it Great Job!

He never tried to contact me, first of all. I talked to him twice. I have old-fashioned windows with a storm and regular window. He will only do one, so that doesn?t do me any good. He also was at home in the day but said he?s always on a job during the day. He couldn?t get me till Sept. 13.

This work was on "big deal" which I have purchased. George Zourdos came promptly on the appointed time. Did the work with professional efficiency. At the end, he gave me advice to have deteriorating one window frame to be remedied and also told that there were a few crevices in which wasps are nesting that need to be sealed. He was very courteous and friendly. I would have him do the interior surface cleaning and also recommend him to anyone needing the work. He is A+++

After purchasing the deal, I was contacted promptly by George at Top Shine to schedule the work. The day before the appointment, I received a reminder call for the time of arrival and the work to be done. The scheduled day of service, George arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. He began work immediately and completed the job quickly and with very high quality. As long as he's in business, I will continue to use George at Top Shine for our exterior window cleaning service. They did a great job and were very professional. They called the day before with a reminder call to confirm the appointment. I purchased the Big Deal, but added a few extra windows and screen cleaning. They explained the extra cost upfront, and I never felt pressured for "add on" as I have with other Big Deal purchases. Would absolutely use them in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors.

From the initial site visit and estimate to the final service walkthrough, George was the consummate professional. I felt comfortable with him, and he was extremely courteous and polite to my wife and children. Turn-around time for the actual work exceeded expectations as did the quality of the work performed. The team was courteous, prompt, efficient, and focused. The entire project (which could have been time-consuming due to the number of windows AND due to the interior/exterior nature of the project), was completed in an amount of time that -- again -- exceeded expectations. George seems to understand what it means to be a small business owner -- you work hard, there's no "day off," the customer is the reason for your day and not an interruption to it, trust builds respect builds referrals. I would use George and his team again without question. These guys are awesome.

Provider was on time and was very neat, tidy and careful of all furnishings and wall hangings. He did an excellent job and I will have him again for sure.

It was okay. For what they did, they did a good job. The quality of work was fine. They washed 32 windows; we had 41 windows total. We wish the value had been for more windows. They worked within our schedule to get the job done but they didn't do the extra windows. It took them about 3 hours to do.

Everything went extremely well and I would definitely hire them again. They were very professional and treated our home with respect. They did an excellent job!

The Big deal was purchased through Angie's List. Arrangements were made on a date, the job was completed. Very pleased with the results.

At least one window was not washed which I caught before they left. At $9/window, not good. Several windows were left unlocked and several slammed down when opened. Several windows were attempted to be locked, but the latch was missed. The owner is very nice and his paperwork is detailed. I think he needs a better assistant to wash the windows. Also, I asked that they not walk on the carpet with shoes. They not only were walking on a rug with shoes, but also placed a dirty bucket of water on it. I had even placed sheets and towels down on carpeted areas by the windows including this rug. Upsetting and stressful.

They were fantastic. I got George’s card and I am going to continue to use them because they did such a terrific job. They cleaned both the inside and outside of the windows. They got the job done in about 2-3 hours.
