Description of Work: All went well with only one exception. When opening windows that had been recently painted and therefore "stuck" they were not aware of the simple method of breaking the seal by inserting a putty knife blade at the top and a small tap. Instead they used a scoring method that damaged the paint.

 + 0 moreMy late husband was the one to clean out the gutters and wash the windows. I was dreading the chores and then broke my left foot the end of April and knew I would not be able to do them. I saw an add for Top Shine Window Cleaning in my local paper, checked them out on Angie's List, and contacted Top Shine Window Cleaning for an estimate. I spoke with George Zourdos, the owner/operator, and was very impressed with his professionalism, demeanor, promptness, and kindness as well as very impressed with the price. We made an appointment for the work to be done. George arrived right on time and did a fantastic job! I will never again have to dread cleaning the gutters or washing the windows; I'll be calling Top Shine Window Cleaning from now on!
Description of Work: Cleaned out a clogged gutter and washed all house windows - inside and out including screens. I live in a two story home with a glass enclosed sun porch. Lots of windows and screens.

I have also made a note on Facebook recommending him to anyone that needs window cleaning service. He was very professional and put up with my pet too! He arrived about 1215 as planned and left at 1700.

 + -1 moreGeorge arrived at 10:00 a.m. in the morning and left around 3:15 p.m. He worked deligently for 5 hours alone. My windows never looked better. He is neat, clean and I really never knew he was around. You can imagine with the time he put in how much pain he took with his work. I would never get anyone else to do my windows. I couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: Cleaned 20 windows inside and out. The windows are double-paned, so he had to take them apart.

 + -1 moreHe arrived exactly on time. It was a big job and he worked 10 hours to finish it. He needed a large extension ladder to reach some of my dormer windows. He protected my floors and carpet. He was very respectful of my home.
Description of Work: George washed all of my window, screens, and window grids. He charged what he estimated. He washed the window frames as well. He cleaned everything up when he was done. Windows look great. I am having a lot of work done in the house. Top Shelf was refreshing in that he showed up to estimate the job exactly on time; came on the day promised, and arrived at the time he quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs window cleaning done.

Our windows never looked so good with all the million spiderwebs and dirt he had to get for all 41 windows (blinds inside, too!). He has done work for my clients in their personal homes and they also raved about his work, courteousness, professionalism and great prices. George is that guy who you enjoy working in your house. He's someone you can really trust.
Description of Work: Cleaned 41 windows and atrium doors, with the blinds inside. Home on a wooded lot had a million spiderwebs. Top Shine has cleaned other homes for me in the real estate business.
