George Zourdos and his assistant, Alex, did a great job as always! You could not ask for nicer people to work with and their quality is second to none! I used George last year to clean my windows and planned on having him come out again at some point this year. I have recently decided to sell my home and needed him to come out sooner than I had originally planned. George was kind enough to work me into his quickly filling schedule. At a time when many parts of my days are stressful, it was a relief to know that my window cleaning needs were being taken care of by the best! George was easy to work with and he and Alex did a great job. George went over the specifics of the job and the cost. After I saw how great it looked on the windows he cleaned both the inside AND outside, I added a few more inside windows to the job. It looks great! I have never had my windows professionally cleaned in the 20 years we have lived here.....it was very much a treat to do this! We would hire George back!

Top Shine Window Cleaning did quite well. He did a good job, I couldn't complain. I thought he was 100% so I would say pretty good. He was very, very nice and very well-mannered. I really couldn't say anything derogatory. I thought the price is same compared to others; they're pretty much the same to everybody else that I had talked to. I really would have to think about using them again because I don't want to be a babysitter, probably if the boy is older.

It is a one-man business. He did excellent work. I got his name from someone else in my neighborhood that he had done some work for. I called him and he came fairly quickly. I think he took all of one day. He brought all of his own equipment. He was very friendly and fast. The price was not that much, I was surprised. He was very thorough. All my windows were clean. I live on a lake, so I have a lot of window glass. He did a wonderful job. Like I said, he was friendly and professional. I have his card and I will call him again when I want it done again. His responsiveness was very good. He came quickly.

They arrived a little late - not a problem. Tried the home phone to tell me, but I was running a quick errand. Set to work and did an excellent job. Assessed extra windows and discussed additional cost (expected). Cleaned all window sills. Called my attention to torn screens, which were removed so I can have them repaired. Very polite and professional. I will use them again.

George and his assistant did a great job cleaning our sunroom screens and windows. They did a very professional job and made sure they did not damage any furniture as they worked their way around the room. They took extra time vacuuming the window tracks. We will use this provider again.

I signed up for an Angie's List Big Deal at a special price for window cleaning. George, the owner, responded very promptly and we set an appointment. He called the day before, as a reminder, which I really appreciated. George arrived on time, and explained what he would be doing step-by-step. He did a fabulous job on our windows and even did some "extra" work, which included tightening up some loose screws on some of the latches. I asked him if he would also remove any screens with tears/holes, so that I could make arrangements to get them repaired. Our windows had never been cleaned in 15 years, so I was very pleased with the result! George is great to work with, friendly, trustworthy, and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants excellent service at a very fair price.

George was very professional in scheduling the appt and explaining to me what to expect (i.e. he is bonded and insured, he doesn't blow the debris out of the gutter but rather wipes it out with a cloth, his goal is to clean the windows so well that we can't see the glass afterwards - at first I thought this guy is just telling me what he thinks I want to hear ---, but I quickly realized he really does care about customer service) He was able to provide a written estimate and complete the work to our satisfaction within 2 days of my initial call, which I realize is more the exception than the rule, given this busy time of the year. He is an honest man and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want at any point. In fact, I didn't know about the Angie's list discount for first-time customers, as I'd found out about him through the local newspaper, and he included it anyway in the written estimate! Moreover, I'd had my house recently painted, and there was a lot of paint spray on the windows that he would typically charge extra for cleaning; however, he didn't in this case because he said he "really wanted to earn my business in the future." I was not at the house to observe him working, but my wife, who was, told me that he was very courteous and professional when he arrived, went straight to work with his partner, and got the job done efficiently. He charges by the linear foot, which to me makes a lot more since than by the square footage of the house. Why? Becasue I wanted to do some of the work myself and have someone else clean the upper level gutters and check the downspouts. It's my opinion that after shopping around, I can't imagine anyone beating his quotes (at least not the first one with a 15% Angies List discount) as some of the 'Angies List deals', are not really that incentivizing (i.e. I'll only charge you $100, but if your house is greater than 2500 sq ft, or of no one's been up there in a while and the gutters are really dirty and I don't realize this until I'm already at your house doing the work, then I'll need to charge you more, etc ...) Based on my limited experience here in Indy using Angies List (I moved here from CA where more people seem to use Yelp) many of the 'deals' seem inflated are worded in such a way that benefits the company more than the customer; and therefore not really great deals after you add everything up. George is young and hungry to grow his business - I mean earn your business. I will definitely hire him again and suggest you at a minimum, get a bid from him and then make your own informed decision.

Provider arrived on time. He was personable and polite and very professional. Nice CLEAN windows throughout the house!!

When making the appointment to clean our windows, I indicated I needed the cleaning to occur before the end of the month. He was VERY accommodating in the scheduling and worked around our Spring Break vacation, etc.. He arrived on time and was very efficient in cleaning the exterior of all windows of our home including the transom and sidelights of our front door and the windows on the garage doors. Upon completion, he mentioned a few windows where he noticed some moisture between the window panes, etc.. We are very happy with the quality of the service performed as well as the price. We will use him again.

George arrived promptly and explained exactly how he would go about the window cleaning. He and his crew were meticulous in insuring that everything was spotless. He pointed out that our gutters were clogged, took a picture on his phone, and offered to add this to our service if we wanted it (no pressure). He was consummately professional, reasonably priced, and did a great job. A+ service!

Have nothing but good things to say about this company. Owner very friendly, organized, and punctual. Job was top notch and clean up perfect. Very careful with your things if he has to move them to clean. Windows gleamed after being cleaned inside and out. Fees are reasonable.

That was fine. I count him off from Angie’s List. I saw his track at the neighbor’s files then I saw the good reviews. He is the owner and does the work. He is very reliable, nice, friendly, and did a good job in washing windows. I would use him again.

.Top Shine arrived at the arranged time and completed the job in a timely way. The windows look wonderful! The windows had not been done for a long time so were very dirty. We could not be more pleased with the results. They removed the screens too and did a thorough job on everything.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. He did a good job and he was very polite. He came within the time frame I asked. I didn't pay any additional. He was very good. The price was very good considering how many windows I have and it was a 2 story house with 3 of the windows difficult to get to. He called the next day and he was here when he said he would be.

George is one of the nicest people we have ever dealt. He was on time, very conscientious, very considerate of us at all times. He is a perfectionist in his work and is very meticulous.
