. Also here were many cancellations of services. Also the initial offer to which I responded for service (a special she was providing) was never fulfilled to the specifications initially stated.

I did have a few scheduling issues due to illness, and I did reduce the cost from $70 down to I think $60 due to less time I felt was needed to do the job. Unfortunately you didn't let me know you were not satisfied while I was working for you-You and I seemed to be on the same page but I see I was not satisfying you :( I wish we could have worked things out, as I really enjoyed working for you, as well as meeting your sweet children and Mother."

Kent and, his daughter, Christine have been helping make my life easier for over 7 years! At the time my husband and I hired Spurling House Cleaning, I was working full time and pregnant with my first child. I went on to have another baby and went part time, working from home. We strongly considered letting Kent and Christine go at that point but they really DO make our lives better and they are priced reasonably - so 7+ years later, we still have them visit our house twice a month.
Their work is always good. They have NEVER missed an appointment in 7+ years!!!!! I trust them completely to be in my home unsupervised. They are fair and good people and I highly recommend them to clean your home.
