Finance of America Mortgage - The Parker Mortgage

It went great!!! Parker Mortgage has a notification when you are on the various steps for approval and through closing. They send you emails with little fun video clips of a team member explaining which step you are on. Always very pleasant, polite and responsive. When there was a snag with getting insurance because my home was not actually a condo, but a patio home, they helped me find someone who offered me an excellent price.

Mike and Tawni Partin were there for us every step of the way and were more than happy to communicate with us on our schedule whether it be through email or text they kept us in the loop every step of the way. Painless process and if and when we need to use them again we will definitely use them

The process was very proactive and PMG always keeps all parties in the sell of the home advised of the current status!

I worked with Michael and him team and this is the best experience I've ever had with a mortgage company, and this isn't my 1st home. Their communication skills is what sets them apart from their competition. I got group emails from his team to me and my Realtor every few days to let us know what was next. I didn't have time to make calls to whoever to see what was next in the process, they were one step ahead letting everyone know what was needed. And whenever I called them, which was often, they always took my call and did whatever they promised. I really like that they had someone on the team at the closing to make sure it was seamless. And we closed in less than an hour. Their professionalism and communication in a complicated industry, won me over. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Phil was awesome to work with and he answered every question we had thoroughly and promptly (even late at night).  He was upfront with all of the details (costs, terms, options, etc.) so we could make the best decision on what would be best for us as we were buying our new home.  His staff worked had worked with us during the processing, closing, and final docs stages, which were all great to work with along the way.  The whole mortgage process from start to finish worked out extremely well and  I would highly recommend Phil and his group if you want a very cost effective and upfront mortgage services.

Phillip Lillge at Parker was great with my wife and I on securing financing for our home purchase. He walked us through the paperwork as efficiently as possible, had a good understanding of the legal requirements, and answered all of our questions. On the day of closing, he was punctual, well-prepared, and actually helped fix a few paperwork errors on the seller's part. Overall, he represented us well and gave us a fair rate.

We just bought our first home and had no idea who to work with when it came to lenders. Fortunately, our Realtor had a couple cards of recommended lenders and mentioned Phil was awesome when it came to customer service. I gave him a call and completed everything online. Our house buying process progressed much more quickly than expected and we had to jump on to the mortgage process immediately. Phil was great at keeping us in the loop of what we needed to do and even met with us on a Saturday morning to go over everything for our mortgage submission. There was never a time that I felt like I was out of touch with Phil during the mortgage process, he would always reply within a couple hours of any phone calls or email, even late in to the evening.

This was the first time I have ever bought a house. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable which made the process much easier than I thought.

Gateway Funding, The Parker Mortgage Group is very good. They're responsive. They get back to people right away. They're hardworking. They are experienced, efficient and very competent. They get it done when they said they are going to get it done and they communicate very well.
