Bolden's Cleaning & Restoration Service

We were in somewhat of a hurry to get the carpets cleaned in an older house that we were moving into. I called Bolden's on a Tuesday, explained the situation, and asked if someone could come on Thursday or Friday that week so we could begin moving in furniture on Saturday. The lady who answered the phone said they were pretty well booked that week, but she would see what she could do. About 15 minutes later, she called and told me they could have someone at the house on Thursday in the late afternoon. At 3:15 on Thursday, the technician called me to let me know he would be at the house in about 45 minutes. He arrived almost on the dot and began the process. I went through each room with him and we discussed exactly what needed to be done. We had a limited amount of furniture in the house so he was able to move it all out of the way by himself when needed. It took about 2 1/2 hours to clean and Scotch Guard approximately 1,100 square feet of carpet. There was only one spot that he was not able to remove which I think is commendable since the plush carpet is probably 13-14 years old. At the end of the process, the carpet looked almost brand new and certainly make the house look very inviting. Before leaving, the technician turned off the lights and closed all the curtains and blinds; and he left on the ceiling fans to help dry the carpet. Based on my experience, I would gladly recommend Boldens to my friends and will definitely call them for any future cleaning.

They have a coupon that actually decrease the price. They are good. they mostly do everything they have promised to you and will also do some extra, just to please you. Overall, I am giving them an A grading. I am also going to use them in the future.

Bolden's does it again! This is the second time I have used the company, and they don't disappoint. After painting a bathroom, I was going through a doorway carrying used painting pan, brush and rollers. My elbow hit the door frame and everything hit the carpet. Of course, it was grey-blue paint on a light beige carpet! I thought about trying to clean up the paint, but decided to call Monday morning to set up appointment for cleaning. The appointment was for Tuesday between four and five o'clock. The young man was here at 4:30, done, and on his way by 5:00. There is no sign of paint on the carpet and I am one happy customer! I have and will continue to recommend this company to any one that has occasion to need their services.

Our dog had an intestinal virus and had two very nasty accidents in our guest room the night before our guests were to arrive. I called Bolden's first thing in the morning with an "emergency" request for their service before my guests arrived. They were extremely accommodating and made room for a visit early in the afternoon. The stains and odor were completely removed, and the carpet practically dry before my guests arrived. I have used their service before and always been more than pleased with everything about the way they handle their business. They have cleaned whole rooms, expensive area rugs, and our tile floors. Always happy with the outcome, and I will continue to use this business.

Arrived on time and spent more than 5 hours cleaning the traffic areas of my 3 floors of carpet. I had several tea stains on white carpet that I was unable to remove and they got all the stains out without ruining my carpet. They treated the carpets with protective finish. They put pads down on the tile floors and woodwork areas. They put a sealer around the front door so the cold air would not come inside the house. They bring their own water and are extremely careful with the items in my home. Special thanks to Nick who had to do a few areas several times to remove the dirt built up on a few areas of carpet, and he got them all sparkling clean again.

They're excellent. They're not the least expensive, I'm sure, but they do excellent work. The staff is friendly and professional. I was just really happy with them. I've used them for years. They do a really good job. They do the best job with your carpet. It looks great. They can do wonders. It is amazing what they can do with your carpet.

I had a rug that wrinkled up after cleaning. He came and picked it up and then brought it back 5 weeks later. He went out of his way to bring it back, after straightening it back out. I know that he spent a lot of time on it. I thought I had lost that rug! They have also cleaned and upholstered chair and it looks fantastic! I am gonna use these people from now on. He is great, and my neighbors would say the same. You just don't find service like that any more. He jokingly said, "I didn't want to buy you a new rug", to which I responded "I didn't want to sell it!" They are so accountable! They are all so nice, even with my calling them about my damaged rug.

arrived on time to clean carpets in our whole house. Worker was very pleasant and professional and did an excellent job. Carpets looked and smelled clean. I was especially pleased how he cleaned the edges of all of the carpet. They looked great when he left.

My parents contacted Bolden's first. The technician arrived on time, took very special care to cover non-carpeted areas, protect wall corners that the equipment may have come in contact with, and explained, in detail, what he was going to do, how long he would take to complete the job, and asked if there were questions. My parents' carpet is heavily used and had many small stains. The carpet was cleaned and took under four hours to completely dry. The technician provided shoe covers to wear while the carpet was drying. They had used other vendors in the past, and in a few days, the stained spots came back through. With Bolden's, the stains have not reappeared. They truly cleaned the carpets. I next contacted Bolden's to clean the carpets in my home. I had a different technician but the same care was taken and the quality was equally exceptional. I was given my Angie's list discount plus I had a coupon. I saved more than $100 on this initial visit. I highly recommend Bolden's.

It went great! Tony Jackson came out and gave us the estimate. He was prompt, very professional and answered all our questions. Likewise for Reid, who did the job for us. He did an excellent job! The carpets look so good now, someone told us they look new! Good job, Bolden's, we'll definitely use your services again!

They didn't rinse the soap out of my carpet. The carpet was left crusty and stiff.

The price was reasonable and the service tech did a fine job with the cleaning. I had no complaints. My only concern was that I wanted a general price quote over the phone prior to scheduling as to avoid wasting time. I wanted to find the best quote to clean my carpet as other providers contacted directly by my insurance companies had really high quotes. Boldens did give me a price quote based on my sq footage. A few days later during the formal quote and measuring, I was then informed of two relatively minor fees for fuel and something else. As these were minor charges there was an immaterial impact to the quote compared to other quotes I had received. I was annoyed by the failure to inform me of all charges impacting the total price when I received the informal estimate.

Thanks to Bolden's professional opinion they were able to let my insurance company know that my carpet and furniture did need replaced because of the water damage. The first time they came out they did not even charge me a service fee! The manager James was a very humble and kind person. He is an asset to this company and is someone who is very trustworthy. I would highly recommend this company!!

Joe arrived at the set time even though it was 4:30 in the afternoon. He told me up front how long it would take him and he was exactly right. Joe wasted no time and worked the entire time. My carpet looked like new once he finished even though it is about 6 years old. He even cleaned some car mats per my request which I greatly appreciated.

It worked out fine. We have used them several times for carpet cleaning and they do a nice job.
