My experience with Brian was he was late, unreliable, and dishonest. I was given the normal 4 hour window when he would show up and he was over an hour late. It was raining and he didn't even bother to wipe his messy shoes off before walking on my white carpet or use boot covers. We discussed the peeling leather on the couch. He explained that it was not 100% leather and that it is sprayed onto the fabric that holds it in place. This particular area that is peeling is the only part of any of the furniture that is in direct contact with sunlight. He agreed that the sunlight made the leather peel and that it was a defect. He said he would check with the manufacturer to see if he could get the material to replace it. After 3 weeks had pass, many calls to his mobile and office manager Connie, he finally returned my call. He apologized for not getting back to me and had no good excuse and just said sorry. He said he still hadn't gotten an answer back from the manufacturer. He said he would call me back in 3 days. To this day, I still have not heard from Brian. Reason being, he reported back to R-A-C that the manufacturer is out of business. He told them that the fabric peeling is MY fault, and sunlight is considered normal wear and tear. Talk about someone who doesn't want to do the right thing in fear of making themselves look bad. I'd stay away from him. He definitely doesn't care about his customers.

A-1 Carpet & Upholstery Solutions, Inc. are good. They were on time. I would recommend them and use them again.

We think we spent about $500 or $600 on their services. Our experience with them was adequate we guess. We weren’t totally impressed but it was alright. We weren’t overwhelmed by them. Their price was very good comparatively. We guess it was average. They were right on with their responsiveness and they were on time. They were pretty professional. We will not use them again in the future.

I was amazed how clean our carpets came out, they took out stains that another company could not. Even red stains came out. I will definately use them again! The gentleman who came to our house was professioal, polite and very knowledgable. I was very impressed.

They were able to remove everything. I don't know how they did it; they are unbelieveable! Their prices are very reasonable, too. They're less expensive than anyone else I've used.

Initially there was a communication error and they couldn't come on the agreed upon date. However the owner personally came out the following week and performed the service. The initial enzyme treatment didn't take care of the cat smell in the carpet, so the owner came back at no charge and re-sprayed the area. The smell went away. The owner made sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving. I just wish all businesses had this kind of customer service. These guys are great!

Went very well. Taylor was very professional and answered any questions I had. Understood I had to move things as he went and was very nice about it, even helped with one piece of furniture. Explained what he was doing as he went along. Thanks so much, my carpet was as good as new when he was finished.

They did an outstanding job in a very professional, courteous and friendly manner. I was very pleased with the results. And, someone from the company called later in the day to see if I was satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use their services again.

The work went very well. It was done by one man. He explained everything he was doing and he was very informative. The quality of work he did was good. I recommend them highly.

They did pretty good. It's a light leather and was hard to clean, but they did ok and I'm satisfied.

They did a good job. They were easy to work with. I called and scheduled when it was convenient for me, he called on his way over here. There were no problems.

I had received a coupon and thought I would take a chance. I called on Monday and was scheduled 2 days later on Wednesday. They said that I would be first on the list. Ray called 30 minutes prior to showing up. He sprayed the whole area with a detergent and then buffed the carpet with an automatic roller. He then steam cleaned the carpet and spot checked some areas. The carpet came out beautiful. He was very professional and friendly. They were the cheapest company I have used and they did the best job. The only thing they don't do for those prices is move furniture, but Ray did help me move one large piece of our sectional that I was unable to move prior to his arrival. Great work!

They were excellent and everything went very well. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.
