They have high prices and I am using my credit card. They have high interest. Their work was okay and they cleaned up. There were other things that they were suppose to do besides the roof but they did not do it. The guy that came had a concrete came out of the roof. I was not expecting that and I cannot say anything. They did a good work when they started but did finish it.
Description of Work: I used Xtreme Home Improvement to put a new roof on.

They are worst and they didn't do a good job. They talked a good story and give me couple of references, looks good from the distant, but their work is very poor. I would not use them again.
Description of Work: I used Xtreme Home Improvement for sidings and windows in March 2012.

Sorry, I put it all in above.
Description of Work: Six new windows triple glass-one Bay window.. It took a month for them to get the windows in. Since there was so many that didn't bother me. However, one month after having the windows I noticed my Bay window with a crack coming up from the bottom. At that time it was about 6 inches in length. Since then the crack has gone on up the window and is at least twice that. The occurance of the crack was right before Christmas. I called them. It would be another month before the replacement would be in. Didn't hear from them so I called "Outsource" in Indy who they deal with and whom I had talked to earlier. The lady I talked to was very nice and seemed to care. She got the technician moving. So, finally my replacement window came in. It was set to be put in on Feb. 6. I got a call from the technician that day to cancel because his wife was in the hospital. He said he would call me the first of the next week. Monday came-no phone call. So, Tuesday I called Outsource and spoke to the lady again. Ofcourse, he hadn't let her know anything, so she said they had a temp filling in and he would call me to set up a time to put the replacement window in. It was set up for yesterday with the temps friend/helper suppose to come out and put it in. I got a call. He said that he opened the box and the replacement window was cracked on the side. So, he had to cancel and that he would be putting in a rush order for me. Needless to say I am not happy and a wondering if they are just waiting for warmer weather so the next window won't crack when the cold weather comes again. I am going to call the lady back with Outsource to keep her up on what's going on because I feel the won't and I think she is the only one who cares. Am waiting on the job to actially be finished and with no problems.

It seems as though my project kept slipping through the cracks for them. It took several phone calls and literally months from the concept to the actual installment. To their credit the owner came out personally and gave me a good price on the project to help compensate for the inconveniece. I had made it very clear that I wanted a window seat, but did not want the window to protrude beyond the existing roofline. The man who came out to measure for the window reassured me that it would come well within the roof line. Although I had some doubts I decided he was the expert and let him do his job (big mistake). The window arrived, they installed it in the expected time, it fits well but it does protrude beyond the roof AND gutters. I love the bay window from the inside, but does not look quite right from the outside, and is exposed to drips, etc. I will be re-roofing in the next year or two so ahve decided to tackle an extended overhang at that time. To their credit, there were some minor scratches on the window after installment. Since it had a lifetime factory warrentee they happily replaced that window pane. Also, when I complained that the screens did not fit squarely and left a gap, they came back and increased the support until they fit square without gaps (apparently the window 'drooped' a bit). Everyone was very friendly and it was less than 1/2 the price of a Sears window, and others. But be prepared to pester them with many phone calls for proper follow through.
Description of Work: They replaced a large single pane window with a new, double pane, more energy efficient bay window.
