When they come out, they outside around the outside of the foundation and every year they check the inside for termite control just to make sure we don’t have any termites come inside and be checked there. I have to pay them ahead of time in October for them to do it in February. I don’t understand why they do that because most people don’t claim for payment before the job is done. It is the one thing that I really don’t like about them. Otherwise, I don’t have any problems with them. They charge me $100. If I had a problem, I supposed they would take care of it like if they found any termites. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors. As far as I know, I would say they are probably the best in New Albany and do a good job. I haven’t really used anybody else. When I moved here 4 years ago, they had had termite damage. They had to correct that. There haven’t been any termites subsequently, so I believe they are doing a good job. They call me ahead of time, and they are here when they say they are going to be here. I would continue to use them in the future.
