 + -1 moreI backed up our ACT program on our zip drive and made sure I saved the database. Essentially he wiped out not only our hard drive but the database stored on our zip drive as well. He would not take responsibility for it. After my second phone call and his second visit he would not answer the phone anymore or the e-mails.
Description of Work: We asked him to upgrade our computers, clean them up and install a hard drive.
