+ 2 moreAll the projects were done very well. Jon arrives on time, and works consistently. He bills by the hour, but one never feels that he is drawing out the work to increase his cost. He is meticulous, careful and cleans up after himself. The hinge pin on the cover of the outdoor electrical outlet broke. Jon told me about this problem and his plan to fix it, unlike a previous contractor who let me figure out what they broke on my own. I will certainly hire Jon for future projects and can wholeheartedly recommend his business to others.
Description of Work: Jon repaired the doorframe around the door from the porch to the backyard. My pet sitter had locked a dog out in the yard; he (the dog) freaked and tried to eat his way back into the house. Jon replaced some parts of the doorframe, and filled in the remaining holes. We're just waiting for a dry day so he can paint the frame. Joh also did some other projects for me. He installed some paneling in a basement workroom, put a wooden frame around the opening from the basement to the crawlspace, installed additional shop lights in the basement workroom and connected them to the existing switch. He also painted the dining room ceiling (his business is primarily painting) and installed an pull-down attic access ladder in the garage ceiling.
