The owner came out and explained all of my options clearly. We scheduled a measurement with his tech- who was professional & friendly. Between the two, I always knew what was happening & when. The day of install was a snow/ice storm, but they worked through it in a timely manner. I was impressed with that alone! They communicated with me every step of the way, which I really appreciate!

The Weatherguard team did a fantastic job! They arrived on the day scheduled and while they planned for the possibility of a two day install, it was completed in one day. All installers were polite and courteous, as well as respectful of my home, inside and out. Excellent! We can't say enough good things about Joe and Harold. We have an older home we're renovating and Joe helped us get new double front doors and a transom as well as a storm/security door for our basement entrance. We have the most annoying woodpecker who adores our wood siding and Harold patched up all of our holes. We'll probably end up replacing windows in the near future (we showed one to Joe and he gave us ideas on how to make it last a little longer). When times comes for replacement we'll definitely call Joe. Outstanding customer service and an overall joy to work with.

My wife and I were in the market for new windows for our bedrooms. Joe met us at our house to measure and go over all of our options. He was extremely professional and did everything in a timely manner. The windows were installed and look amazing. My wife originally wanted to just do our master bedroom windows first since we were trying to budget for a few things at the time. She ended up liking them so much that she moved a few things around in our budget plans in order to get the remaining windows on order. I would highly recommend Weatherguard to anyone.

Weatherguard is great to work with. Very responsive during the quote and install process and flexible hours to review materials/make selections. The doors work well and we haven't had any issues post-install.

Service was excellent. Installation was top-notch with expert and professional providers. They provided good advice and cleaned up afterwards. When we need doors for the back of our house or windows, Weatherguard will be who we call - without a doubt.

We had an old standard back door removed to have a 6 foot glass sliding door installed. They did a great job creating the opening in our wall to fit the new slider since we did not have one in place prior to the installation. They were also ahead of the scheduled installation date, on time, and cleaned up all the debris. Our new door let’s in a copious amount of light and really opens up our dining room. Overall we were extrmemely impressed with the quality and professionalism from Weatherguard!

Harold arrived punctually, kept me informed of the progress and any problems that arose (rotted wood below the threshold had to be replaced) during the day. He was careful removing the inside wood trim, and that trim was able to be put back on. I was very pleased with the doors and the workmanship. I would definitely hire again.

Originally I was thrilled with them. Joe was wonderful to work with. I have been debating on what to actually say here. I have the utmost respect for a business owner trying to make it with less of a workforce than what he needs. But, the time has come to do my review. We paid for 1/2 of the job but the money was returned quickly when I was advised their lead installer was injured and would be out for months. And that they were not doing any window and door installs. I am now back to square one on the whole project. In fact we were considering another company and went with Weatherguard due to their reviews on here, Unfortunately, our offer from the other company is now higher because we did not lock it in and my search has just started all over again to get the job done.

Joe and his crew were responsive, professional, and a lot of fun. Custom wood windows aren't cheap and they're not easy to come by. In an old house where nothing is square, I wanted someone with experience. They did a great job and highly recommend them.

Joe, Harold and the team at Weatherguard did a really fantastic job on this project! Joe was very personable, professional and honest in learning about our needs and providing options for us to consider. The communications were timely and detailed and I felt comfortable that I knew what was happening and what to expect throughout the project. During the installation phase communication was excellent as well - we knew when to expect the crew at our home, they arrived on time and were very focused and dedicated workers. The new windows and doors are great quality and a huge improvement over what they replaced! The team did a very nice job with the trim work around the doors as well and it all looks great. We had one challenge with a storm door due to wind and the team's response to assist was very prompt. (The issue was due to the positioning of our home and prevailing wind direction, no fault of workmanship, etc.) Overall we are very pleased with the service we have received from Weatherguard and would definitely use them again and recommend them!

Joe worked with our schedule and assigned a team to complete the work including Harold who did an outstanding job of designing and executing the installation. We are very pleased with the result.

The evaluation / estimate visit with Joe went really well. I could tell by the way he spoke of our needs, that he was familiar with our sort of situation, and what we would need for a resolution. We wanted windows that we'd be able to open, equipped with screens. Harold arrived with the perfect product, and an able helper, on installation day. He is a genuine craftsman, and it was reassuring to watch him go right to work, and finish the project in one visit.

Joe and his team were extremely responsive, punctual, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Unlike a few other companies that we contacted, all questions were answered almost immediately and we didn't experience any pressure to make a decision. During the installation, the installers were very informative and continued to answer all of my questions. We were extremely pleased with the service and quality of the windows. We will definitely contact again when ready for the next round of windows.

It was a complex job, and the guys were outstanding. A lift was required, and extensive framing repairs were needed. Joe and Harold took care of everything, I was really pleased with Joe's communication of when the products would be ready and the scheduling of the work. The installers were real pros, and kept a clean worksite. Upon completion everything was put back and cleaned thoroughly.

Everything from the first consultation to the install to follow up were amazing. I have had many other contractors (for other projects) in the house and they always comment how the windows were great quality and installed well. Weatherguard always kept me in the loop at all times and were able to get my windows install quickly. I truly believe their prices are very competitive, honest and put their customer first. Joe was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all of our questions and there was no pressure tactics in his sales. Installation was sooner than expected, however e had one issue upon delivery of the windows. They didn't have the grids we requested, but Joe ordered the correct sashes and personally brought and changed out as soon as they came in. Overall very happy with our service, especially compared to other companies we spoke to for quotes.

Windows arrived on time and they quickly got us in the schedule. They encountered a couple of snags with the installation (caused by our home, not them) but the installer took his time and made sure everything was done right. He even had to come back out on a Saturday morning to finish up.
