It was very good. He's a little eccentric but he's really fun to work with and he works with your timeline to get things done. He really tried to work hard around your schedule in comparison to some contractors who are booked for the next 5 weeks out so that was kind of nice, his prices were reasonable and he came up with ideas on how to solve various different problems and he had communication. I spent about $850.

Mr Swartz arrived first date to install fan/light. Fixture was defective, so it was sent back to Loews, where another light fixture was purchased. Mr Swartz installed dead bolt lock on door at this time. Mr Swartz arrived the second time and installed light/fan fixture without further incidence. Third trip, Mr Swartz arrived and completed remaining repair jobs within one hour without incidence. Mr Swartz obtained lumber from Ace Hardware prior to installation of wood brace under living room window. We thanked Mr Swartz for his time and effort, and he left his invoice for payment by USPS on the last appointment.
