WATER WORKS

Highly recommend Water Works. They have super fast service, very honest and reasonably priced. We use them to open and close our system, and they have also come out to fix issues caused by our landscaper. Last year they installed lines to my window boxes and planters - so happy with their work!

I have used Water Works for years.  Not only do they do a good job, they have prompt service and reasonable prices.  Once one of my sprinklers wouldn't turn off.  I was impressed with how quickly they came out to fix it.

Water Works had the lowest price of several places I called.  They scheduled an appointment, showed up when they were supposed to, and did the job. 

Rodney and his team worked very hard to get our irrigation installed within a day and a half in between rain periods.  Rodney communicated well with me over email and the phone during the entire process and was able to answer all of my concerns and questions.  I had over 10 bids for the job and his came in under everyone else with greater service and value than anyone else could provide.  I would highly recommend Water Works to anyone who is need of an irrigation system.

It's good to have a pro do the work.  Water Works (Rodney Hubbard) shows up on time, does the work and goes.  We have a 0.20 acre lot irrigated with a 4-zone Rainbird system.  Home and system are 6 years old.  We like to garden, so we've been removing grass and expanding garden beds and adding shrubs.  Water Works has been able to keep everything watered nicely!   2 year's good experience with WW and we're on the list for 2013. 

Rodney Hubbard was prompt, responsive and answered all my questions.  Due to the drought in 2012 he stayed in communication with us to determine if the installation could be completed.  The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the installation.  Rodney tested all the sprinklers and walked us through each sprinkler location to demonstrate coverage.  He then explained how the system operated and how the control panel worked.  We did have a small leak in the water meter well in the fall that might have been associated with the sprinkler installation.  I called and within one hour he was on site and conducted the repair.  He also provided a letter for us to send to the water company.  He was very responsive and knowledgeable.

we have used water works for years. overall we have been very happy with their service. occasionally, Not all sprinkler heads are set properly at the beginning of the season. otherwise, their service has been good.

I spent $65 on that work. They are really good. They are very responsive. Any time I have problems, they come right out. They do a really good job and I will continue using them. He is very professional and always has answers to whatever the problem is.

Estimate was prompt. Price was competitive. Install was completed in a couple days. Great service. Good follow-up. I would recommend to anyone.

You always have a trade off between cost, quality, and service. I met with two other vendors who were more professional and who I am sure would have done a quality job. The bottom line was that the difference in price was 2000 dollars with Water Works compared to the two other vendors. I chose Water Works because of their price. There was an instance when they were laying the piping that they cut a light post wire. When I brought it to his attention he quickly corrected it. He also ran out of the size head required. He used one that was significantly larger, which caused it to spray into the street. I tightened the nozzle head to reduce the radius of the spray, which corrected the problem. He said it was the last one he had in his truck. I think a more professional company would not have given me that answer. Water Works and the other two companies I met with use Rain Burg products so there is no differential of product that they would put in the ground. The Water Works owner was an honest person, which is the reason I would use the company again.

Better than expected.

They were very professional and prompt. They responded very quickly and I appreciate them not giving me the run around when I learned the pump was defective. I also appreciated that the owner came out himself to rectify this problem.

I called and they came out the next day, on time. As they serviced the system, talked about some problems to anticipate next season. I plan to have them turn it on and service next spring. They charged less than last year's company.

All went well and we would do business again. Rodney was fair and did a great job.

They are very easy to work with, just leave a message and they get back to you in the evenings. Good hard workers for very reasonable rates. Don't use anyone else.
