Two Ladies & A Mop LLC

This is a sad review to write. Heather has cleaned for us for 5-6 years including helping us clean up and rehab my parents house after they died so we could sell it. She always was reliable and did a very good job. About six months ago that started to change. She began to miss appointments. Eventually, she would reschedule, but it was always a week or so later. We had always paid in advance because she would do a free cleaning if you paid for two or three. Even when we were paid ahead, she came to us asking for more. We did once and when she asked again, we said no, but that we would give her her usual holiday bonus early. She now has not been to our house in two months. Most emails and texts go unanswered and when she does respond, there is always some reason and a promise to make it right. That has not happened. She has a key to our house, so we asked for it back and a refund for uncompleted work. We have not heard from her since. We are now out for three cleanings plus the cost of having a locksmith change all our locks.

She never bothered to return my call. No contact at all. Nothing.

Great in the beginning.

I contacted Heather after going through most of the postings on Angies List and reading reviews. I called left a voice mail and Heather called me back a few hours later. She came to my house a few days later to give a quote. We decided to move forward with the deep clean, this was the following weekend. After years of neglect on cleaning base boards, ceiling fans, inside the oven, microwave, dishwasher cracks, and plus everything else I was amassed. They had most areas looking new and clean again. There was a few areas that needed a little extra time, that they didn't get as good as they would have liked. I would have never even noticed but Heather pointed them out to me when I returned, areas like "under the grease pans on the oven, base board behind the freezer. And stated that on the monthly clean she would insure these areas get better. Once again I would have not even noticed but she pointed them out to us. We also noticed that small items were moved to insure everything got dusted, most places will not move anything. Even a few of our sons large toys were dusted as well. Heather even made the bed for us. We look forward to having Heather help take care of our home and make it cleaner and much better for our family.

Their quality of work is wonderful. They do a lot of little things that were not asked of them on their own. I have been very impressed by their performance thus far.

Heather has been cleaning our house for over 2 years. During that time, she has not only been flexible and accomodating; but she goes above and beyond what I expect of her. My household includes two adults, two 6-year-old twin boys, 3 indoor yorkshire terriors and 2 outdoor Australian Shepherd dogs. With all of this, Heather leaves our house absolutely SPOTLESS. It amazes me how Heather worries about our hardwood floors. Each time she cleans our house, she is always asking, "Are the floors clean enough?" Normally, I am not at home when she has cleaned, so when I walk in it is an absolute relief. She is meticulous.

We're VERY happy with Two Ladies and a Mop! Heather has worked for us for over 6 years and I'd really hate to lose her! She's friendly and energetic but, most importantly, we trust her with our home and our office: to do a good job, to be honest and fair about the cost, to offer suggestions and advice ... to treat the place as if it were her own. She thoroughly cleans the office weekly and the house now and then ($75-$100, depending on the situation). Cobwebs, dusting, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, front porch ... everything is clean and fresh when she leaves. She has equipment to steam clean carpets on request. Heather's flexible when she can be (without shorting other clients). We've recommended her to friends who tried her once, then hired her to come regularly and thanked us for the recommendation. She's a good communicator by text and e-mail both, which helps me a lot. She recently started a small business and has hired a few employees - we've like each one we've met. I think you would too. .

Heather is always on-time and clearly communicates what she will be doing each week. Her attention to detail is awesome. She notices things I dont. She doesn't mind my dogs which is nice. I'd be lost with-out her . I highly recommend her as I have had other cleaning services before that were dont even come close to her performance.

Heather does an excellent job! She pays attention to the details, is very thorough and flexible. We had tried two other house cleaners before and were very disappointed with the results. We have two large dogs in our house and two story home, so there is usually lots of dust and dog hair. After she's cleaned the house there is no dog hair and the house looks awesome. It's refreshing to come home to a clean house. Heather has been cleaning our home for over a year now and we are very pleased!
