We contacted Tinder Lock and they were available to install our locks at our convenience. The serviceman was prompt, courteous and neat. We will be using Tinder Lock for our future locksmith needs.

Description of Work: They were punctual and did a great job. We did have to call back twice to get a appointment but once got scheduled they were great.

Description of Work: i made appt for a Monday. they showed up very promptly and told me they had to replace the front door lock. they took a picture and said they would contact me with an estimate. They never did. i called to ask about it, they said they would get back to me. they never did. I called someone else. poor professionalism.

Description of Work: We have a French door which opens onto a deck, at the back of the house. Security for that door is difficult, but Tinder Locksmith Service was able to supply us with two horizontally placed bolts (one side was flat and was against the door's frame.) These two locks were ordered and quickly installed at the top and bottom of the door frame. The installer was polite, took great care to protect the surface of the doors, and did an excellent job of explanation of how the bolts should be used. I would be pleased to recommend this locksmith to you and you, too, will find them very helpful and able to help with your lock issues.

Description of Work: We had just remodeled and used their services to change our locks. On Halloween we left the house without our key but had always been able to enter through our garage door electronic keypad. Not this night. Our electricity went out! We called the locksmith in desperation! Fortunately they were able to come out that night and let us back in. They had a hard time getting in because we had had them just change the locks a few weeks ago and made them more secure. Fortunately we were still able to get in. Top notch service and would highly recommend.

Description of Work: The lock on the door we use most often suddenly wouldn't turn. I called, and the person who answered the phone suggested that I try WD-40 first, then call back if I still needed them. It worked! But they could have sent someone out and charged me for it. I will definitely call them first if I need a locksmith again.

Description of Work: I had a deadbolt lock that I took to their work center about 9am. They gave me an estimate of less than $15.00 and that it would be available later the same day. They called me at 11am to say that it was ready and the cost was $12.50. Obviously not a lot of money, but they preformed better than promised and lower price than they could have charged.

Description of Work: My purse was stolen off my shoulder yesterday morning. It contained my house keys & I needed all five locks changed. The locks were 50 years old & it was a very difficult job. I called the company about noon. Mike was at my house by 2:00 & finished shortly after 7:00 pm. I live alone so this was a real blessing.
