Description of Work: They re-keyed the locks we had and put one new lock on. They spent a lot of time with us and were nice and polite.

Description of Work: Tinder installed new electronic Schlage lock and handset, rekeyed three other doors to same key, and made me extra keys. They were prompt, helpful, explained options. I listed them in my go-to providers list immediately!

Description of Work: Removed an old worn out deadbolt lock unit on a security door and replaced it with a new lock set. The new unit had to be ordered. We were kept informed of the status of the order and the unit was installed in a timely manor when it arrived to the provider.

Description of Work: We asked Tinder to look at a door lock that we are having problems with. The individual who came out was both punctual and professional. Despite his best efforts, the lock could not be fixed. We were provided an explanation as to the issue and, when asked for a quote to replace the lockset, Tinder responded quickly. Once the hardware comes in, Tinder will be out to install the new lockset. Because of this, we provided a "N/A" for quality, but have no doubt that we will end up with a much better lockset than we have now. Based on our experience with Tinder so far, we would easily recommend them to others.

I have a 1991 Infiniti Q45, and the glovebox lock broke (stayed locked even though the key would apparently function). So I removed the glovebox from the car, and took it to Tinder locksmith. They found a solution that was very inexpensive, and allowed me to re-install my glovebox and use it. | |I have several locks to install in my home, and intend to call them this spring for that work.
