Description of Work: THE LOCKSMITH OPENED A LOCKED BACK DOOR, THEN INSTALLED A NEW DOOR KNOB, INSTALLED A NEW DOOR JAMB AND ADDED A DEAD-BOLT LOCK (TO THE SAME DOOR) WHICH WAS THEN KEYED TO THE REST OF THE LOCKS IN THE HOUSE.

HE WAS EMBARASSED THAT HE HAD TO CHARGE ME THE $50 BECAUSE HE THOUGHT THAT THE PERSON WHO TOOK THE CALL SHOULD HAVE FIRST TOLD ME TO OIL THE LOCKS BEFORE SCHEDULING THE SERVICE CALL. I DID NOT MIND PAYING THE $50 BECAUSE HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND SHOWED ME EVERYTHING TO DO IF THIS SHOULD HAPPEN AGAIN. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
