We had an emergency. The lock on my one door to the garage was frozen shut, we couldn't open the door, we couldn't turn the handle. We called three other places, but weren't successful. We had good luck with Tinder, I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he came here on an emergency basis within a couple hours, and he spent an hour or an hour and a half and fixed our lock and we were very pleased.

It was excellent. The response time was almost immediate (less than a half hour). Wes was so nice. He tramped through the snow, worked in the dark, and did everything he needed to do to get me in the house. It took about 10 minutes and everything was done and over.

They were courteous on the phone, set up an appointment for the next day (for an afternoon time that I requested), and arrived on time. Work was done quickly and was of high quality. The locksmith was very nice and answered questions. I am very satisfied with the work.

I called them and they came right out and fixed the latch so that we could get in our house.

I called for help in the early afternoon, and by 4:00 the repairman was there. He fixed the lock so we didn't have to mess around with getting new keys.

Within 10 minutes,Bob Scott was here and proceeded to unlock my front door. I SO appreciated his promptness, graciousness and friendliness. Nice to know you can rely on a good company to help you in those emergency situations. Couldn't get my insurance agent to pay for it though! :)

I have rental property and had to evict a tenant. I needed to change the locks during a small window of time. I asked Tinders to come out to change the locks. They were kind enough to encourage me to bring the locks in to save the cost of a trip and just re-key the locks. This is an example of why I have been going to Tinders for years.

Excellently. The lady at their office who received my work order was very cordial and friendly. She set up my appointment time (within 1 day), and they came out promptly. He was very cordial and professional, assessed the situations and fixed each of them in less than 30 minutes. He also took off his shoes (without being asked) when entering carpeted areas...I really appreciated that...When he completed the tasks, he quoted the price and gave me receipt for the transaction.

I called Tinder Locksmiths and they were very cordial over the phone. Within an hour Brian came out to my home and assessed the problem. Within l5 minutes he had fixed the inside door handle and I once again was able to use the door. He was very polite and showed me exactly what damage had occurred and thought he would be able to fix it if it wasn't totally striped inside. The service call was $55.00 which seems to be the standard rate and he only charged me $l0 for getting the handle to work. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely use this company in the future should the need arise.

They were able to accommodate me when another locksmith could not. The young locksmith had never seen this type of lock before and had to call someone else to stop by and look at it - that man had never seen one either. The only complaint is that the cylinder is a different color than the rest of the lock, and is very noticeable. It works, however!

THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND THE WORK WAS DONE PERFECTLY. WE ENDED UP SPENDING A LITTLE MORE THAN WE SHOULD HAVE BECAUSE WE GAVE THEM INCORRECT INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE WHEN SCHEDULING THE WORK. OUR FAULT, NOT THEIRS. THEY DID NOT CHARGE US FOR 2 SERVICE CALLS, EVEN THOUGH THEY PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE BECAUSE THEY HAD TO MAKE 2 TRIPS TO COMPLETE THE JOB BASED ON OUR MISINFORMATION. OTHERWISE, WE WERE PERFECTLY SATISFIED. HAVE USED THEM BEFORE, WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM AGAIN.

PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND HELPFUL SERVICE FROM SEAN. HE'S AN ASSET TO HIS COMPANY. WE JUST BOUGHT THE HOME. SEAN NOTICED THE PROBLEM WITH THE STORM DOOR LATCHING PROPERLY AND MADE OTHER SUGGESTIONS THAT WE WOULDN'T HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT UNTIL WE WERE MORE SETTLED. THANK YOU, SEAN AND TINDERS!
