Tinders removed the old deadbolt, keyed it to match our existing keys (rather than begin will all new keys), and, installed a new secondary lock that was also keyed to the deadbolt and other doors. In this small problem, they also had to rebuild the wooden trim at the lock to accommodate a good closure. The work was done in less than one hour. They were on time, polite, friendly and courteous. They cleaned up their work perfectly. They checked and rechecked the locks and made sure the keys fit. We would definitely hire them again. We used Tinders because our church uses them for all their lock needs and this amounts to hundreds of locks and keys.

It went very good. The man who came to our home to do the work was a specialist in the field of locks and alarms. He was an extremely helpful and respectful man who was true blue.

They a great job. The person that came out to do the job did a very professional job. He was a very nice person and the locks were put in great. He actually helped me out with things that weren't even related to the services I hired him to do.

I was really happy with them. They came back on multiple days to finish things up and did not charge me for the drive out. They were very customer service oriented. I would recommend them anytime.

Everything went very well. He was more than prompt, he was early. He was courteous. He was thinking, he fixed the initial problem and took care of things I that I had not even thought of, which was very useful. He was here about 45 minutes and got a lot done. He also taught me how to properly maintain the locks.

Went to place of business and lock was immediately changed to fit existing key. Work was done in less than a half hour.

He just came out and did the job. He did it quickly and the lock works perfectly now. They looked at some other locks while they were out here too.

They are very friendly and a good service. We realized after they left that we didn't receive the keys for an alternate way to unlock the door and they came back out and rekeyed at no extra charge.

They were great. They are an A plus company. The work is outstanding and they do little plus ones, like extra keys, which makes the service that much better.

Technician arrived promptly as promised and performed the job as requested. Even secured another door that had not been put in correctly.

The first time I called Tinder, they suggested I use WD40 to avoid a service call. This worked temporarily, but I ended up calling them back when the problem reoccurred. I had to reschedule the appointment by a few hours and they worked with me easily. Bob was very courteous and explained the work he was doing. He also explained why one of my locks was likely to dry out and suggested a lubricant I could use. I was very pleased both with the final outcome.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, FAST, COURTEOUS, AND GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

They came out, were very prompt; absolutely no pressure from them. The safe came in exactly when they said it would. He (the service person) came 5 minutes late and immediately apologized for being 5 minutes late. That really blew me away that they did that. I would use them again.

I called and got a prompt response. The locksmith was prompt and gave me appropriate pre-arrival notification. He worked expeditiously and without any problems I would highly recommend their services to others.

It was a very difficult job. He was able to size it perfectly. They were efficient and excellent. He knew what he was doing!

Went just great. Sean the serviceman was right on time for the appointment and did a great job! He ran into a small problem with the way the old lock was installed when the house was built but was able to correct it. Everything was done to my wife's satisfaction. I would highly recommend the company.

They are a good company! They were very helpful and punctual.

They replaced the door knob in the first visit, but had to order a part for the dead bolt because they didn't have the correct part. They came a second time and the part they ordered was incorrect. They came a third time and replaced the dead bolt and finished the job. Went away for the week and when I came back, my husband notice that the door knob lock was not lined up to the door frame so it wasn't locking. Called them out a fourth time to complete the job.

Didn't have work done because they informed me it might not be a good idea with my type of cabinets. It could be done, but not recommended. Good honesty and integrity.

Representative was on time, polite and efficient. Work was done well. One caution: Watch out for on-site suggestions for add-ons. I approved installation of a new, more secure strike plate. Item was $10.00. Later that day I saw the same item/same brand at local hardware store for less than $2.00. That mark-up seems too high. Otherwise, they a great provider.

The representative was very polite and right on time. Sean spent some time looking at the lock and fixed it. He then went the extra mile to lubricate the locks and adjust the plates and door hinges to make sure the door shut better. He was great!

We were out of town on vacation when we got word from a neighbor that our home had been broken into. We called the company long distance on Saturday to have them re-key all our lock cylinder and they came out the next day on Sunday morning, did the work and left the new keys with our neighbor per our long distance instructions.

I have worked with this company both personally and for our business. They are very good to work with and always do an excellent job. They are very responsive; they show up when they say they will and their employees are very respectful and helpful.
