Recieved a quote from another company to replace all the blinds since the broken one couldn't be fixed. Window Valet came and fixed the blind in about 20 minutes.

The reason for the 3.5 stars for work quality, because he couldn't fix the problem. He was here for a couple of hours working diligently, but the blinds were unrepairable. The best part, although he tried but couldn't fix the problem, he only charged us a minimal cost of a trip charge. We would definitely call them again because of their honesty and fairness.

Josh and Derrick were very professional, considerate of our home. They went thru and explained what needed done and went to work. Once the work was completed, they went thru the steps taken of how to repair the blinds and what parts were needed. Also, let us know that, their company cleaned blinds and also had skylight blinds that can be purchased. Very informative.
