The installer was on time. He was very courteous and professional.

Josh and Derrick were very professional, considerate of our home. They went thru and explained what needed done and went to work. Once the work was completed, they went thru the steps taken of how to repair the blinds and what parts were needed. Also, let us know that, their company cleaned blinds and also had skylight blinds that can be purchased. Very informative.

Professional and friendly. Went the extra mile trying to find a replacement gear for the carrier that controlled the rotation for one vane. When that failed Josh realigned the verticals such that you could not tell a vane was missing. He also double checked their cleaning work to ensure all the vanes were clean and not spotted.

Josh, the business owner was there doing and overseeing the work with an employee. I love that he's directly involved. I feel like he cleaned my blinds and treated my property like it was his own. I will use him again.
