Description of Work: Kirby is who Lowe's contracts out to install toliets. When KB came to install we found that the flange was to big and needed to be changed. Had to come back the next day.Got a quote of $150-250. he next day worker came out to change the flange and found it just needed some shims. No charge to repair.

+ -1 moreIt is over ten years old and works perfectly. The salesman was a door to door sales man. we bought all of the attachments with. It is expensive but a great deal.
