THE GREAT FRAME UP

The process was very good. I had pretty good idea of the frame styles I wanted when I walked in and found exactally what I wanted for the oil painting within a few minutes. The nice lady that waited on me was very helpfull in picking the matting and frame stock for the watercolor. The frames were promisd to be done in a week and they were. Very pleased with the results.

The salesman was great. He helped me work within my price range and pick out an awesome frame. I paid half up front and half when I picked up the finished product. They offered to put it together for a hefty fee but told me it's only $5 if I wanted to do it myself. I was worried because I've never put a frame together but they said it was a piece of cake and would only take about 10 minutes. I came back to pick it up and it was all ready to go. The store was busy but they still helped me put the frame together in no time. I'll be back.

Originally we just went there to purchase the glass and matte but after no luck in finding a frame, we purchased one through them. A younger man helped us with our dimensions and the cutting. He was very helpful in showing us the options they had available for matte colors. He seemed to be very educated and was able to guide us as necessary. He was able to gives us all the options without pushing us towards anything. Overall, it was a great experience!

It went extremely well. The people who work in this Great Frame-up store are always very helpful and courteous. They also have great ideas on choices of frames and mats to select for various pieces, keeping value in mind at all times.

I have not received the picture back yet so I am not able to judge them on that, but the setting it up and contacting them on the phone and the paying for everything has been very good.

The image has different looks on opposite side. It was framed to be easily removed and turned over.

I was hesitant to go in because I purchased the frames on the internet. The company I purchased the frames from did not give me the material I needed to complete the project. I took them to The Great Frame Up, and they gladly helped me finish the project. I had four pictures/frames and they spent at least a 1/2 hr finishing the job with me. They charged me a $5 project fee. They also framed a print that I took in. They were very friendly and patient.

The mat was available the next day. Quality of the work was excellent. Framing prices always seem so high. Hard to justify sometimes spending more money on the frame than on the print.

Very creative staff helping me come up with solution to make frame without spending $350.

THE FRAMING TURNED OUT GREAT. QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT, AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST, ALWAYS WITH GREAT SUCCESS.
