"As the owner/operator of the company, I will keep my response short. While I would like to address her points individually, there is no reason. Customers also have responsibilities, something the Member does not appreciate. To be clear, she said she no longer uses my company's services. This is because MY COMPANY fired HER as a client. Put another way, MY COMPANY told HER we would no longer return. Yes, I guess this would be an ugly email in her mind, being dismissed. This was on December 23rd, her last clean. My workers are very good and clean well, even when we are met with spaghetti sauce apparently deliberately splattered all over the cabinets, not a few bubbles from the sauce pot. I support my workers, and they do not need to put up with abuse from customers, quite frankly. New customers can make up their own minds as to our cleaning. I am responsive to customers requests on cleaning and timing. Had the Member needed my workers there at a different time, she could have notified me as to her specific time requirements. She did not do this. Member, let's all move on. I discharged you approximately 7 weeks ago. I am sure someone was willing to take our place. Thank you for allowing me to address her issues."
