TGM Autumn Woods Apartments

The apartments were fixed up nicely, especially for having older buildings. I moved into the apartment for the great location and reasonable rent. Soon after I moved in smokers moved into the apartment below me. I told one of the workers at the office that the neighbor's smoking smell was coming into my apartment. I was told I should buy my own furnace and vent filters. Needless to say the were not cheap and did not work. I told the office personnel they did not work and was told that sometimes happens with apartments. As a healthcare worker with a family history of lung cancer from smoking just dealing with the second-hand smell and smoke was not an option for me. I will say that the maintenance staff was the best part of this apartment complex. They were prompt and very courteous, but every office worker had a different story or excuse when I had a problem they did not feel they could solve without effort. I talked to a female manager about problems and then a male manager later who seemingly did not talk to each other or note that I had previously had issues with the downstairs neighbor, so long story short I had no help. I moved out as soon as my lease was up and do not recommend this apartment complex but recommend the maintenance staff get a big raise as they were the only ones who seemed to care about customer service.

TGM Autumn Woods Apartments management is good at fixing up the place. They are nice people and their apartments are a good value.
