TEC TECHNOLOGIES

The owner came to the house. He took my PC and returned one week later. He installed free anti-virus software. The experience was easy for me and as I recall, not expensive. That was a few years ago and I have not had any problems for which I required additional service.

Todd at TEC is amazing. I found him through Angie's List, as he was closest to my home. I called him Monday morning as my HP PC would not start. I brough it over at 1:00. He took a look at it and said he'd call me later this afternoon. While there, I told him about a "freezing" problem I was having with my Sony Vaio notebook, and mentioned I'd bring it in when the PC was fixed. As I was driving home, Todd called to me he isolated the problem on the PC, and was able to resolve it. He suggested I bring the Vaio in when I came back to pick up the PC. I drove straight back and he fixed the Vaio on the spot. Within 90 minutes of meeting him, he had fixed 2 problems on 2 different computers. Absolutely amazing! I recommend Todd's company without reservation.

The service was courteous and responsive. The onsite engagement was friendly, helpful and courteous. The invoice did not exceed the estimate. The company did everything they said they would do and gave me the opportunity for follow up maintenance without paying a service fee--essentially giving me "preferred customer" status without having to pay an extra fee. Assume that actual onsite consultation will come at a cost.

Todd took a look at our overall set up with several computers and is putting together an estimate for a full in-house back-up system that will accommodate all of them. He'll give us an estimate after the New Year. He'll be solving future problems before they occur! I fully intend to recommend him to others as well!

Went fantastic. I was in dire need of an extra used laptop and didn't want to spend a whole lot money. Todd was able to get this for me in a one day turn-around time. I trust Todd completely. He is very knowledgeable and knows his trade.

Todd is great as always. He was able to come out and picked up our computer and worked on it. He returned it in a timely fashion. We have used Todd before. He is a very good at what he does and we always feel confident in his expertise to handle whatever computer problem we send his way. Some computer companies try and really get as much $ out of your computer repair problem as possible. Todd isn't cheap, but his prices are very reasonable. A couple of companies we called were very vague about how much we would end up paying, Todd on the other hand knew exactly what was wrong and had an exact figure for us. I HIGHLY recommend Todd.

The display on my laptop has been going black periodically. I brought it in to TEC and, of course, it worked just fine when they looked at it. They kept it for several days to see if the problem would occur, but it never did. TEC did not charge me for their time. They also delivered the laptop to my house. Incredible customer service and very friendly. I will definitely use TEC in the future. I had a really excellent experience.

I have emailed, called the office and left a message, but received no response. I went to his office, but no one was there. His service has been good when I can find him and his prices were good. He is expanding his company to businesses, so I think this is why I am unable to contact. He has a been courteous and professional. I don't want to complain, but I need help with my computer now.

Wonderful, they fixed my problem by remote access and didn't charge me a dime!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called back exactly when they said they would.

My wife's 3-year-old Gateway laptop's wireless card stopped working all of a sudden. I turned it on one day, the Internet browser's homepage came up, I went to make coffee, and when I returned to the computer, the wireless connection said "No wireless connections available." As a fairly savvy computer user, I spent at least an hour troubleshooting the problem. My other household computers worked, so I knew it wasn't a network problem. Frustrated, I sent an email to TEC shortly thereafter after finding the company on the List. Todd, the CEO, emailed me not too long after, gave me a price estimate, and said he could come pick the computer up from my workplace. I had to wait a few days, but when he did come to pick it up, he was very helpful: he figured out the problem almost as soon as I handed the computer to him and didn't even charge me for driving down for such a seemingly stupid problem! Though my interaction with him was brief, he seemed like a nice, professional guy.

It was an excellent experience. He arrived on time, did the work asked of him, and explained what and how it would perform.

Water was spilled onto my laptop, which resulted in permanent damage. Todd was able to retrieve the data on the hard drive and transfer them to CD. In addition, he transferred all the data and software from the damaged computer to a refurbished laptop that he sold me for a very reasonable price. Cost shown above reflect all the labor and price for the "new" refurbished unit. Since the data were extremely important and needed ASAP for a current project, it is highly appreciated that work was completed in a very short amount of time. Todd was extremely helpful and communication was excellent. I will hire him again for all future computer needs.

The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mr. Carpenter came out and, after sitting down and checking my computer and talking with me, he recommended taking the computer and formatting the hard drive and then re-loading all of my programs and data. He backed up everything (and it was a lot of data) before he took the computer. When he came back he added an icon that, after I called his office, he or another technician can work on my computer remotely to solve problems. I like that. He also took it on a Thursday afternoon and said he would return it on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. He called on Friday afternoon and told me what time he would have the computer back on Saturday morning. Both times, coming to pick up the computer and returning it, he was promptly on time.

TEC provides great service at very reasonable prices. They have retrieved information from a dying computer and have reinstalled a hard drive on a different computer, as well as cleaned up yet another computer that was clogged with viruses. These guys are talented and honest.

Both Todd and John worked around my schedule, were very helpful, and provided excellent service. I made a point of telling them so, because I was so impressed by their professionalism. I would highly recommend them and will continue to hire them in the future.

Todd has been a great help to us for our last computer and the purchase of this most recent one. This was the first lap top we have purchased. We love it. If you need issues addressed regarding your current computer, spyware or anything computer related you'll be glad you decided to go with him. He's knowledgeable, efficient and very professional.
