+ -1 moreHe put in springs 3 times in a 3 year period all of the springs were crap. The last one he put in 6 months ago he said would give me a 3 year warranty. Now does not return my calls or text.

+ -1 moreMy garage repair went and a completely disappointing way to say the least! Used parts were used on my door to repair, without my knowledge! Things were fixed in an unsafe manner! There was a huge lack in communication! And this company only takes cash… That was brought to my attention after the service was done and no receipt given. I was also asked to be followed to the ATM to ensure that all cash was given. As a single woman I would never recommend his services!

+ -1 moreNot punctual. At completion of work, garage door would not function properly. It would hit the ground and retract. Robert Long made several adjustments to the chain, that made matters worse. I suggested adjusting the chain ''stops''. He explained to me why this idea would not work and continued to make adjustments to no avail. He left with my garage door not functioning properly. I then adjusted the ''stops'' until the door functioned properly. I believe this guy is learning as he performs jobs.
Description of Work: Repaired Garage door. Replaced springs.
