Samantha is a great person to work with as we have some quirks! Home office, pets, days off.
She is always helpful and flexible and does a really good job. By flexible I mean starting in a different part of the house due to people and such. She is just accommodating and really easy to work with. Gives a good value for a fair price. Do not think you will be disappointed.

Samantha is incredible! She has gone above and beyond to take care of our house. She makes sure that everything is finished they way we want and even adds little extra things that we haven't asked for, like organizing my shoes.The best part is I don't have to pick up my house before she cleans it. She picks up everything. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs an extra hand.

Samantha has been cleaning our home and helping out with special projects for over 2 years. She is professional, energetic, and very responsive. It took very little time for Samantha to get acclimated to our home and she does a great job working around us (we work from home) as well as our two large dogs. She is available to be on-site when workers need to get in and we are away, and has even helped us find different trades to work in our home. She has been flexible with the schedule, and her price is very reasonable.

Super Girl Inc. has been performing housecleaning services for us ever since we completed building our new home in December 2011.
When we had further construction done, Super Girl performed the construction clean up with the same thoroughness as they apply every other week for our regular housecleaning services.
The Super Girls (employees) are punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and considerate. They provide a thorough range of cleaning every other week and put occasional extras on rotation when needed less frequently. They never hesitate to address any areas we request on a one-off basis.
We have found Super Girl to be extremely flexible with any schedule changes we may request. In addition, the charges are reasonable for the services performed. We receive a pre-payment discount and a senior discount. Their payment options are flexible.
Super Girl's owner is extremely professional and "customer-focused."Any problem we have encountered has been handled quickly and efficiently.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Super Girl, INC!!! We started using Super Girl's services 3 years ago, 2 days a week. At that time we were a family of 2 full time professionals with 3 teenage children and 3 dogs. We had just moved to Westfield and I found Super Girl advertised on line. Samantha, the owner of Super Girl, worked at our new home for 2 days before we arrived, cleaning the house from head to toe, and coordinating carpet cleaners, cable services, invisible fence installers, etc. When we arrived with the moving trucks, Samantha worked side by side with us for several days, unpacking boxes, setting up the kids rooms, organizing the kitchen, and making endless trips to the recycling site with our mountain of empty boxes. That was 3 years ago, and we still continue with 2 days a week of services from Super Girl. No job has ever been to small for them or to big. These are a small sampling of the many things their company has done for our family: laundry, housecleaning, grocery shopping, errands, dog sitting, taking the dogs to the vet, watering plants inside and outside, coordinating and supervising workers at our house while we are at work...the list just goes on. If Samantha cannot do the job herself, she has an endless list of professionals/contractors that she will call for us, to get an estimate. One of the things we also love the most is that we have always had the same 1-2 girls that do our job every week. There is not a large turnover of staff. They have gotten to know our family and routine very well, and are 100% trustworthy!! I have recommended Super Girl to many people, and would be more than happy to be a reference for their outstanding company! Thank you to Samantha and her staff for the last 3 years of hard work and loyalty to our family!!

"As they say there are 2 sides to every story. As a Small Business owner there is always room for learning and room for improvement. Super Girl Inc values each and every client even the ones we loose. While we strive for exceptional customer service. We have and continue to hold an amazing staff, outstanding client base and are continuing to grow. Super Girl Inc sets clients on routine schedules so there is no confusion for either party. Clients are notified well in advance if there is any conflict. It is stated on Super Girl Inc.'s Routine Scheduling Agreement if client cancels 50% of that days service will be owed especially with LESS than 24 hours notice. We DO NOT ask clients to pay up front for services. This option would be per clients choice, as we have many that do prepay, and many that pay per service performed. New clients are asked to sign a Routine Scheduling Agreement of 3-4 listed cleanings and then agree to continue on that cleaning schedule. A deposit of 50% of the balance of 3-4 cleanings is due at time of sign up, then remaining is due per each service completion. Unless otherwise stated by client wanting to prepay. If there is ever a concern in quality of service it is addressed and immediately taken care of. Routine is key to quality house cleaning, this is why we stick to a schedule. If client chooses to have many cancellations this can alter performance and results of routine. This was our first threat of Small Claims court. A Check was cashed 90 days after dated. Super Girl Inc. did make a bank change to accommodate staff on branch locations for deposits and other banking conveniences. IN MEANTIME THIS CLIENTS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SETTLED. As Super Girl Inc. continues on giving A+ service. We are always happy to give references for services upon request."

My closets and dresser drawers were getting crowded and cluttered. Super girl came and saved the day! I can find things more easily now and found lots more space in my closet that I didn't realize I had. When you consider the cost of a sq. ft of real estate, reclaiming that from the clutter for the cost of cleaning and organization is a bargain. All the drawers were wiped out too. I appreciate the service and would hope to use them again annually for drawer and closet organizing.

Every other week for the last 3 years Supergirl has stopped in and cleaned our living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms. She does a good job. When we need something specifically done all we need to do is ask and she will do it next time she is here. We are very happy with her work.

They are very thorough and detailed. They are very nice and friendly. They do a great job. I think that their price is reasonable otherwise my husband wouldn't hire them. I had to call them one day and change it to a different time and they were very flexible.

I called the company and they came over to the house and estimated based on size and amount to clean. We agreed to a date and time and they started cleaning. They did a great job. based on the quality of the job we have had them continue ever since.
