She is always helpful and flexible and does a really good job. By flexible I mean starting in a different part of the house due to people and such. She is just accommodating and really easy to work with. Gives a good value for a fair price. Do not think you will be disappointed.

Samantha has been cleaning our home and helping out with special projects for over 2 years. She is professional, energetic, and very responsive. It took very little time for Samantha to get acclimated to our home and she does a great job working around us (we work from home) as well as our two large dogs. She is available to be on-site when workers need to get in and we are away, and has even helped us find different trades to work in our home. She has been flexible with the schedule, and her price is very reasonable.
When we had further construction done, Super Girl performed the construction clean up with the same thoroughness as they apply every other week for our regular housecleaning services.
The Super Girls (employees) are punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and considerate. They provide a thorough range of cleaning every other week and put occasional extras on rotation when needed less frequently. They never hesitate to address any areas we request on a one-off basis.
We have found Super Girl to be extremely flexible with any schedule changes we may request. In addition, the charges are reasonable for the services performed. We receive a pre-payment discount and a senior discount. Their payment options are flexible.
Super Girl's owner is extremely professional and "customer-focused."Any problem we have encountered has been handled quickly and efficiently.

"As they say there are 2 sides to every story. As a Small Business owner there is always room for learning and room for improvement. Super Girl Inc values each and every client even the ones we loose. While we strive for exceptional customer service. We have and continue to hold an amazing staff, outstanding client base and are continuing to grow. Super Girl Inc sets clients on routine schedules so there is no confusion for either party. Clients are notified well in advance if there is any conflict. It is stated on Super Girl Inc.'s Routine Scheduling Agreement if client cancels 50% of that days service will be owed especially with LESS than 24 hours notice. We DO NOT ask clients to pay up front for services. This option would be per clients choice, as we have many that do prepay, and many that pay per service performed. New clients are asked to sign a Routine Scheduling Agreement of 3-4 listed cleanings and then agree to continue on that cleaning schedule. A deposit of 50% of the balance of 3-4 cleanings is due at time of sign up, then remaining is due per each service completion. Unless otherwise stated by client wanting to prepay. If there is ever a concern in quality of service it is addressed and immediately taken care of. Routine is key to quality house cleaning, this is why we stick to a schedule. If client chooses to have many cancellations this can alter performance and results of routine. This was our first threat of Small Claims court. A Check was cashed 90 days after dated. Super Girl Inc. did make a bank change to accommodate staff on branch locations for deposits and other banking conveniences. IN MEANTIME THIS CLIENTS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SETTLED. As Super Girl Inc. continues on giving A+ service. We are always happy to give references for services upon request."
