This company is the worst title company I've ever worked with! Their closing agent was very unprofessional and did a severe mistake on the closing documents. We've found it out only after the closing and no matter how many times I've spoke to them, they made it very very hard to fix the mistake. They were very unhelpful and tedious. They made the most stupid mistake in my forms, and when I asked for it to be fixed, my request started to go through endless emails. They didn't fix it eventually. Stay away, if you care about your money and peace of mind. Their service is horrible!

At the closing there were no issues, but later I was notified by the mortgage company that there were some missing papers that we had to resign and resend to them. I also had some deed work that I wanted to work with them on and called them and they never called me back.

Closing went smoothly. However, when it came to managing the escrow, the employee that I was supposedly working with ignored faxes & did not return phone calls, causing me to have late payments with contractors. I eventually had to find someone else in the company who would respond to me.

JEAN, ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES IN THE NORTH OFFICE, WAS ESPECIALLY HELPFUL WHILE WE WERE EXPERIENCING TROUBLE GETTING PAYOFF INFORMATION FROM OUR THEN-CURRENT LIEN HOLDER. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND WENT THOUGH THE SETTLEMENT STATEMENT AND THE PAPERWORK WITH US LINE BY LINE TO MAKE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING WE WERE SIGNING.
