 + -1 moreI called because of location, explained I needed immediate service, provided a lockbox since the house was empty. The tenant said no one ever came. I am hiring another company.

 + -1 moreJob 1: Particular, mannerly, friendly, respectful, quality work, good pricing. Good on follow up for future cleaning. Job 2: I HIGHLY recommend using this cleaning expert. I understand he does commercial as well. I will use no one else.
Description of Work: Job 1: Does both commercial/residential. He did three floors in my personal residence. ($200.) Job 2: I have 45 rooms in my home. UH! David has done an excellent job and with utmost manners. He certainly takes pride in his work. I had window cleaning this year in the winter and glad I did watching those snowflakes through clean windows is wonderful. ($200.)
