SC brickmason Kent did an excellent job in rebuilding my chimney. It looks better than when it was new. The job-site cleanup was also top-notch.

I contacted this company for a quote, the owner came out to do the estimate and made me watch a video about how great the company was and how amazing their work was. I signed a contract and put a deposit down on July 2nd, 2020. I was told it would be done in 2-3 weeks. 7 weeks later, COUNTLESS phones calls inquiring about my project and itâ s finally done. Iâ ve been asking Shane (the owner) or Tim (the â number 2 guyâ ) to call me every single day for 2 weeks, they wonâ t call me, the only person who would communicate with me was the office manager. I didnâ t even know they were doing my project until it was finished, they STILL wonâ t call me. No clue how Iâ m supposed to pay them, and they left a mess. Dried mortar all over my patio furniture and trash cans, they obviously used my hose but didnâ t know how to wrap it up properly. This company is ridiculous.

SC mason, Kent was experienced hard working and went above and beyond on this job. He tore down and replaced my chimney plus tuck pointing all around the house. He did a fine job.

I contacted them for a Fire Place cleaning/inspection. On September 28, 2019 they came out for an inspection. They scheduled a cleaning for the following week and asked for a $50 deposit for the cleaning. The morning of the cleaning I received a call asking to reschedule due to over scheduling which I was able to work around. They never showed up for for the next appointment. I called to reschedule 6 times and either received a cancel for the date or a no call no show. II decided to go with a different contractor and I called a few months ago to get my deposit refunded back the office said they would get it back to me soon. I would recommend going with a different company.

Shane, the owner, was very thorough with the estimate process and his explanations. He even used a drone to examine the chimney. Kent did excellent work with bricking the top half of our chimney and putting on the cap. He also tuck pointed our house and was careful to find every hole and crack to fill. They cleaned up well. Kent and his helper Tim were polite and professional.

The sales man came, and after our agreement he told us that they would be able to start in two weeks. I't ended up being a month and a week before they actually started. And when trying to call the sales man he didn't answer his phone, and it took him sometimes days to call back.
