 + -1 moreI INITIALLY PAID 10% DOWN TO PUT THE COMPUTER ON LAYAWAY. I HAD THE COMPUTER PICKED UP ON SATURDAY, OCT. 8TH, 2005. MY CHILDREN INSTALLED ALL OF THE INTERNET SOFTWARE AND OTHER SOFTWARE THAT SAME EVENING. UPON INSTALLING OUR INTERNET SERVICE, THE PROGRAM INSTRUCTED US TO DELETE NORTON ANTI-VIRUS, BECAUSE IT CAME WITH ITS OWN INTERNET SECURITY PROGRAM. MY SON WAS UNABLE TO DELETE NORTON OR COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION BECAUSE THE COMPUTER FROZE UP. WE TOOK IT BACK THIS MORNING (OCT. 10), TO SECOND BYTE, AND HE TOOK A LOOK AT IT. HE CALLED ME THIS AFTERNOON AND SAID HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME TO FIX IT, AND ALSO SAID THAT HE WOULD CHARGE A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE IF I RETURNED THE COMPUTER. THEY PROVIDED A 30 DAY WARRANTY ON THE COMPUTER, SO I FEEL THEY SHOULD FIX IT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. ALSO, THEY DID NOT PROVIDE A RECEIPT WHICH STATES THE 20% RESTOCKING FEE, AND THEY DON'T HAVE IT POSTED IN THEIR STORE, SO I DON'T FEEL IT IS RIGHT THAT I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY THAT EITHER.

 + -1 moreCOMPUTER CRASHED. TOOK IN AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. PRICE WAS LESS THAN QUOTE. CRASHED AGAIN, THEY WERE HONEST AND SAID IT COULDN'T BE FIXED.
