He sent me a text letting me know what time he would be by in the marning and then another telling me how far away he was. Got right to work, was careful of how he took things out of the house and I am so pleased with his work.

13 days after the estimate, the work was completed and looked fantastic! The area that once was a large, uneven mound of soil was leveled and covered with seed and straw. We also had a bush near the house that needed to be raised and level with the rest of the bushes and John did that. Since the work, the new grass has been growing and our front yard no longer looks like the eye sore that it was prior to John's help. My wife and I are very satisfied with John's communication, timeliness and professionalism. We highly recommend Schott Services!

John was extremely prompt in his communication with us. He was flexible with his days, as I had something come up on the initial date of the service. He then promptly communicated a new time with us and took care of everything. Really good service.

Both John and his helper were friendly and courteous. John drove some sort of a machine that enabled him to lift the heavy pieces from the ground to his truck. They were careful to not rut our lawn with their large truck, and they raked up the small pieces. The job was performed quickly and carefully. His estimate was comparable to the 3 other estimates we obtained. We are glad we chose him to do the work.

John came out to give an estimate for hauling away concrete and other miscellaneous stuff. He was responsive to all of my messages and very friendly. He showed up on time and gave me an estimate quickly. John didn't pressure me at all about making a decision right then. He just told me to let him know after I thought about it! (I was also very impressed at how polite John was. He was driving a truck and a large trailer. He backed into the driveway very carefully and didn't put a single wheel into my yard.)

I was at work and my phone was on vibrate. During break the last text stated he had completed the job. I arrived home and all I could say was WOW!!! The area was spotless. I received much more than I was charged. This was done during the rain. I don't remember the last time I received quality service like this.

From the time I bought the coupon to the time my "junque" was hauled away was less than 24hrs! John was in communication with me immediately to set up an agreeable time. He also continued communication due to very slight delays because of extremely rainy weather. He and his assistant, Trevor, were efficient and courteous. Definitely one of the best experiences!

John did a great job. He was very responsive and gave us an immediate quote for the work that we needed to have done. He let us know when he was available, and he arrived and completed the work efficiently and with great detail.

He took it down and hauled it off, and also offered to take an old swing set as well, which was very nice. He worked like a trooper with an injured leg. He cleaned up very nicely and I would highly recommend others. He is a very honest and trustworthy young man and even sent me a thank you letter.

On the day of our job, John and his helper Trevor arrived promptly, confirmed what all we needed to have done, and got right to work. He checked in with us throughout the day, and added in a few things we hadn't originally thought of. While he was grinding a stump we asked him to do, he took the initiative and ground out a few other stumps in the backyard, without us asking. John and Trevor did a huge amount of work for us, and got it all done in the one day. John also leveled the ground where the deck, ivy, and brush were torn out. They cleaned up after themselves, and everything looks great! John is a real professional, and we'll be using Schott Services again if we have need.

It was great. I purchased an ecommerce offer for a truck load of junk removal. John was able to get to our house within two days. He got back to me promptly and showed up exactly when he said he would. We had more than a truck load of junk so we had to pay a little more once he got there but the total was still nearly half of other quotes we received. He even took a pile of cardboard we were planning to dispose of ourselves AND he swept out the small leftover debris from our garage for no additional charge. Extremely pleased with this company and will most likely hire them again when we have to remove some small bushes and trees from our yard.
