 + -1 moreSalin provided the best mortgage interest rate and closing costs package hassle free. The other quotes we received came with a "we will match if you get a better rate" statement, but, in my opinion, that is not how you win business. Total loan costs were about $1650 and no points charged for a great interest rate (not including home insurance, taxes, prepaid interest, PMI, etc). Aside from the best overall cost, the communication was always very clear and concise and they always responded very promptly. I highly recommend Salin Bank for mortgages - at the very least ask for a quote.
