MAN WHO WAITED ON ME FUMBLED WITH THE CLOCK, WENT AND FOUND A BATTERY FOR THE CLOCK AND PUT IT IN. HE THEN GOT A PERSONAL CALL ON HIS CELL PHONE WHICH TOOK PRIORITY OVER HELPING ME. HE COULDN'T GET THE CLOCK TO WORK, SHOOK HIS HEAD AND HANDED THE CLOCK BACK TO ME. HE WAS NOW TOO BUSY ON HIS CELL PHONE. I WENT TO ANOTHER RADIO SHACK WHERE THE EMPLOYEE PUT THE BATTERY IN, CLOSED THE BACK OF THE CLOCK AND IT WORKED FINE. AVOID CLERKS WITH RINGING CELL PHONES-JUST HEAD FOR THE DOOR.
Description of Work: TOOK A SMALL CLOCK IN TO REPLACE A BATTERY.

 + -1 moreHE WAS NICE ENOUGH NOT TO CHARGE US ANYTHING, AND EVEN SAID IF IT DID NOT WORK TO BRING IT BACK. BUT IT DID WORK.
Description of Work: TO PLUG THE ANTENNA INTO THE VCR, HE GAVE US THE PLASTIC PLUG.
