Description of Work: WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING OUR FIRST HOME WHEN THE MORTGAGE LADY INSISTED THAT WE CONTACT JIM TO INSPECT IT. WE CALLED HIM UP AND HE WAS VERY UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THE GOOD THINGS AND BAD THINGS ABOUT THE HOUSE.

 + -1 moreJIM AND ROSS WERE BOTH THOROUGH AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN MANY DETAILS.THEY ALSO TOLD ME HOW TO IMPROVE THINGS, WHERE TO FIND EQUIPMENT, AND HOW MUCH TO EXPECT TO PAY.IN ADDITION TO BEING EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, THEY WERE COMPLETE GENTLEMEN, NOT ONLY TO ME, BUT TO THE SELLERS AS WELL. THEY SPENT 2.5 HOURS WITH ME ON THE INSPECTON, IN ADDITION TO WHATEVER TIME THEY HAD SPENT BEFORE I ARRIVED. I WAS 5 MINUTES EARLY AND THEY HAD ALREADY INSPECTED THE ROOF.THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AS WELL, FAXED ME THEIR REPORT IN A LITTLE MORE THAN 24 HOURS, AND MAILED A NICELY-BOUND COPY OF THE REPORT.
Description of Work: INSPECTED HOUSE PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
