Description of Work: Guy says he is coming at 9:30, 9:50 he sends a text to let me know he kissed out appointment. Duh! Ya think! No explanation no apology, no response when I text him back to ask if he is coming. With all the competition out there I suspect he will be out of business soon. No wonder he has a c rating on Angie's list. Don't waste your time. You will arrange your day around his appointment he will be a no show.

 + -1 moreThey were late arriving; took MUCH longer than estimated to complete the clean; got paid for the extra time spent; and never called back though they were emphatic that they would. The clean was Ok but NOT better than current provider.
Description of Work: Cleaned house - approximately 4000 sq ft. - which was already cleaned regularly by another company. They offered to clean once to show us their "good service" which would be at a lower price than our current provider - that was satisfactory.

 + -1 moreI have no idea what the 2 man crew did for six hours,as I wasn't following them around my house, but all the completed work was subpar and they skipped several things that they said would be cleaned when they provided an estimate. The movers happened to be unloading our belongings while Pristine Clean was at our house, so I dismissed them from doing most of the floors; however, the few bathroom floors I asked them to do didn't look much better than before they supposedly cleaned them. The tubs and showers didn't seem any cleaner and there were still cobwebs all around the house. As the name of their company implies, I expected my home to be pristine when they left but now I am stuck basically cleaning everything. Although they did offer to return if I was unhappy with their service, I do not want more subpar cleaning that I'll just have to do myself. I would not recommend hiring this company.
Description of Work: I hired Pristine Clean Indy to thoroughly clean my new home before I moved in.
