 + -1 moreMicrotrace stated they would have the unit repaired within one week. After the first week, they said it would be another week and also increased the price about $20.00. The unit was not repaired until 2 1/2 weeks later. The people seem to be nice, but they do not follow up well on delays. I had to call 3 different times to find out the status of the repair.
Description of Work: They did repair to a Canon printer.

 + -1 moreI WAS PROMISED MY COMPUTER WOULD BE READY IN 2 DAYS, BUT IT TOOK ANOTHER WEEK. I HAD TO CALL FOR STATUS REPORTS ALMOST EVERY DAY. THEY WOULD PROMISE TO RETURN MY CALLS AND DIDN'T. IT TOOK ME ALMOST A WEEK JUST TO GET A FIRM DELIVERY DATE FROM THEM.

 + -1 morePLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND THEY DID FIX THE PROBLEM PROMPTLY ONCE IT WAS DIAGNOSED, BUT IT TOOK 8 WORK DAYS (12 ACTUAL DAYS) AND ME CALLING DAILY THE LAST THREE DAYS JUST TO GET SOMEONE TO LOOK AT THE COMPUTER. (I HAD BEEN WARNED IT WOULD ''PROBABLY'' TAKE 3 OR 4 DAYS.) I WOULD PROBABLY GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE BECAUSE ANGIE RATES THEM SO HIGHLY, BUT 12 DAYS OF DOWNTIME STILL DOESN'T SIT WELL, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BEING DIAGNOSED.
