Used them for years. Mediocre service at best and at worst some of the people were inept. Cheap service, so you get what you pay for. Final straw was when one of their mowers lost control of the lawn mower and ran over and through my flower garden (est. value of over $200 ) and THEN ran into my car, thus causing over $ 800 in damage. The owner, Jeff, first stated that this was covered with their insurance, then dodged my calls/emails for several months. Finally, I was given the name of another owner who "was responsible for the financial matters". I reached out to this person, who hasn't returned my call since. Had to pay out of pocket for their mistake. NOT a reputable company and the owner lacks integrity.

I joined Picasso's seasonal fertilization program. I had 2 treatments go perfectly. My lawn was looking great. After spending 5K to get my front and back yard sodded July of 2016, I figured having the "pros" fertilize would be a great investment. On my 3rd treatment, which took place 7/10, I noticed my lawn was looking dry and stressed. This was odd, since we got a ton of rain mid July. I called Picasso and owner Jeff came out to take a look. Jeff confirmed there was a machine malfunction which contributed to too much fertilizer being administered to our front yard. This was a surprising detail as the back yard was dying rapidly as well, and the back yard was done by hand (machine cannot fit through narrow gate). Jeff committed to fixing the problem and told me to keep the lawn wet to fight off heat stress. It continued to rain that week and when it was not raining, I had the sprinklers running. 1 week later, I requested Picasso come out and begin repairing the lawn as it was not surviving, despite my efforts. At this point, Picasso changed their messaging and claimed the damage done to my lawn was NOT their fault and was something either I or an angry neighbor was responsible for. Everywhere the fertilizer was applied is completely dead. Everything that was missed is vibrant and healthy. The owner Jeff refused to speak to me and would only correspond via receptionists relaying messages. I do not want to write this post, I have much better things to do. Unfortunately, it has come to this. Indiana State Chemist and Seed Commission came out yesterday to take samples of my lawn for testing. This process will take months, and my lawn will be dead in the meantime. I am blown away that a company as popular as Picasso would do something like this. They were willing to "make it right" until they realized how bad it was. At this point, they changed their messaging and began blaming me (or an angry neighbor) for the damage to the lawn. 2 pictures of my backyard at attached for reference. This is what my lawn looks like 2 weeks post "treatment".

They did a great job. This was the first time they had been to our property, and it was in bad shape. They completed all the requested tasks in a time efficient and quality manner. The price was reasonable as well.

Excellent service. I have used several lawn service companies with little noticeable improvement over the past 9 years. Picasso began treating my lawn and the lawn is much healthier and looks much better.

So far, Picasso has completed 3 treatments. Overall, it looks like a new yard. The weeds are gone and the grass is much greener. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with a lawn full of weeds and/or not growing in a healthy way.

Picasso is great! Their tech, C. Carter, was polite, informative and reliable. I plan on being a customer of theirs for a long time. They have made a dramatic change in the yard compared to what it looked like when I moved in. Their weed control treatments are quick and effective. I plan on having them seed and aerate the yard in the fall so that I will have a lush green lawn come next spring. With their continued treatments annually, I will have the best yard on the block.

The crew was awesome, they were meticulous.  Danny came out and walked through everything with us before and after.  He made sure everything was perfect.  I continue to refer him to friends and clients.  He will be doing our spring cleanup this year and will do our lawn treatments.

This was a very unprofessional experience. After quoting an original price of $245 (on the high side in our past leaf removals and for this neighborhood but, given the present economy, acceptable) and after having assured us that this included a second clean up after all leaves were down, we received a second bill for $150 after the final clean up. We called to discuss this on several occasions, were unable to reach any individual by phone, and left a detailed message each time requesting that they call us back to explain; all we got was another bill, no contact of any kind. In our opinion and experience with landscapers and other leaf removal services in the past, this was very unprofessional and unethical behavior. After one last unanswered phone call, we finally sent in the original agreed upon amount and referred them to the Better Business Bureau for their "bait and switch" business practices. bottom line; I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I originally hired Picasso to edge, mulch and replace dead bushes. I was originally very pleased with the job and would have recommended them to anyone. When the bushes died, I tried to have them replaced per the warranty. Owner agreed and said they would have them replaced in a week. That has been several months and every time I make contact it is a different excuse. I realize that replacing dead bushes is not a money-maker for a business, but as he told me, the cost of replacement is built into the original price. However, prompt and reliable service makes for repeat customers and favorable recommendations, which help a business thrive.

They did the job but they came after it had already snowed. They also left a bunch of bags with big pile of leaves because they didn't have some sort of equipment. Ultimately I don't even know if they gave us a bill. They weren't that great.

We started using Picasso after our regular lawn care person sold his business to them. They do nice work except they hit a fence board at my neighbor's house and it was down for weeks and also the edge of another neighbor's house trim which the neighbor found instead of them reporting it to them. Here at our house they ran into a park bench I had in the yard and broke the steel leg. It was no longer usable. In fairness it was old, and they did haul it away.
Their lawn work itself is good. The trimming was very well done, and they showed up every week until the end of the season when it seems that they were suddenly short-handed.
We had asked for Thursday mowing so the grass would like for the weekends. They usually showed up on Wed.
We had issues with the office staff who billed us incorrectly several times stating that the and quot;GPS says the men were at our address to mowand quot;. However, they had been sent away by us because the lawn did not need service. Somehow that message never got to the office staff. They also mowed right after large rains, and the tractor left huge tire marks in the grass. I will need to do and quot;filland quot; this spring to solve for this.
I will not be using them again this summer.

Bought dead patches of grass and crabgrass to a lush lawn. So far, it looks like I will have a nice lawn for 2013.

Definitely not good for residential mowing. They used these huge riding
mowers on my small lawn with some hills, creating a largely uneven cut.
It looked horrible and the management was not responsive in making up
for our loss.

Picasso responded in person to our request for a quote on the work to be done and an approximate date when it could be done. They arrived on the date settled on, got the job done, and cleaned up the work area nicely.
