Patterson Pro Turf LLC

I have used Patterson Pro Turf as long as they have been in business. I had known Matt for years as he was the one who had been the person doing the actual work on our yard. He contracts our annual feed-and-weed maintenance for us and does our snow removal on an as-needed basis as well.
On Sunday July 5 my riding mower blew an engine. With 7/8 acre I can no longer mow with the push mower. As a retired teacher I do not any longer have contacts for mowing, so on the evening of the 8th I e-mailed Matt asking if he would recommend someone to cover until I got my mower repaired.
The next morning while we were eating breakfast he rolled in with his mowing equipment. I expressed surprise and he said "Didn't you get my e-mail?" I had not looked at my e-mail after 5pm the previous day but when I checked he had sent the message that he would be here about 8 the next morning to take care of us. He returned the following week for a second mowing.
Yesterday my mower engine was replaced so I can mow today. I notified him and asked that he bill me . I do not kn ow the price but have no doubt that it will be well within the average range.

I hired Matt due to recommendation of landscaper.  I never once met Matt in person because no matter how many times I called and tried to schedule a time for us to meet, he would never return my calls.  I finally fired him as my lawn care specialist (via letter), and he never called to apologize or to make amends to a very dissatisfied customer.

Both when he worked for Great Outdoors Turf Scape and now that he is on his own he has always been good at taking care of my lawn. I prepay in Feb. and I have convenience that he will do a great job throughout the season.

I am pleased with his work. I have a yearly contract with him. They are extremely reliable and effective.

He is really good. He comes whenever its time for him to come. He drops an invoice in your mail before coming; the invoice is marked prepaid. I pay him in advance and get 5% discount. I had tried all the lawn service and they were terrible. He is charming and friendly. I’m happy with him. He cares deeply about what he does. That shows in the final product. He is excellent. I would use him in the future.
