They come in and do the job in a very reasonable time. I always check three companies and the come in at the lowest price and we have used them a number of times. We flip houses so I check with other companies a lot.

Did not go well. Terminated before completion. Our exterior project included soffit, trim, porch ceilings, doors, frames, and stucco on a 100+ year old 1.5 story brick home and garage/carriage house. Our final decision to select Paintco came down to their military affiliation as my husband and I are dedicated to supporting our veterans. Unfortunately the job was terminated before its completion due to a disparity over the definition of "scrap all loose or peeling paint to ensure proper adhesion of primer/finish coat." If you have a job that requires 2/3 of the time to be spent on set-up and prep this might not be the company for you. Be sure to understand at the time of quote what paint will and will not be removed and how it affects the stated warranty. Also you might want to make sure the contract requires that drop cloths be used at all times. I have paint chips in landscape, on the roof surfaces, sidewalks, and deck that would have been minimized with this measure. A time of post waiting on communication from company to determine what this unfortunate job cost me.

Our project included wallpaper removal, dry wall repair, painting of 3 rooms and painting ceilings in 5 rooms. The entire Paintco team was professional, friendly and patient with me and my million questions about the job. The production team showed up on time, worked hard, and finished the job in 1 day as opposed to the estimated 2 days. I am so happy with the finished project and have referred several neighbors to Paintco for their painting projects.

My project was not huge and it was done in no time. However, I was never quite sure who the project manager was and communication was a little sketchy at times. Also my floors were not properly protected and there was paint spray all over my wood floors! Also found paint on the ceiling and a blob the size of a half dollar on a door. The overall work was good.

Make sure you read the contract and sign it on the spot, because later, that veteran discount you thought you received, will be added back on because they didn’t include something you already was promised.

Their customer service, quality of work and quick completion of the project all surpassed our expectations...and for less than we had anticipated! Will always use them in the future.

The paint crew did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards and even vacuumed my carpet in the rooms that were painted.

They did quality work and very satisfied with the service. Just got a little confused on what the steps were from getting a quote to the final product.

Lino and his crew were excellent! They all did a fabulous job. They were at my home for 3 days. Courteous, friendly and fun, always cleaned up at the end of the day, made changes when necessary (at owner's request). I would highly recommend them and certainly use their services again.
