The contact person was very professional and made the transaction to join quick and easy. | | I had previously called a number for the same service posted on a sign I saw driving near my neighborhood. While the contact person was informative and polite, the service did not fit my need. Infact, they had suggested to try Angies List. Description of Work: We called Brian and he responded quickly and then had a bid for us. I had not decided to do the work so soon so waited a couple of weeks and then called him. I told him I had yay so many dollars to spend and could he work with that amount. He worked for two days incorporating his ideas and mine. He worked by himself and was extremely neat. What he tore out was cleaned up immediately. He added Knock-out roses on the side that everyone loved. He came early and worked in the extreme heat. Everyone in the neighborhood loves the work. Thanks for the recommendation. Pat and Elaine Opelt 2nd recommendation We are neighbors of the Opelts and really liked the work we saw from Brian. We had him come and do many things in our backyard. He removed bushes and added new ones. He also landscaped the back area and cleaned up the areas that needed to be tended. He worked quickly and efficiently. We loved the roses at the neighbors and had him add them to our side yard. He also came back and added mulch to all of the areas that needed it. We will have him back to complete more work as our time permits. The realtor asked us who did the work and wanted his card. We truly appreciated all he did to make our yard more beautiful.  + -1 moreTwo workers arrived on time, fast, efficient and tidy. Attention to detail. Friendly, curtious. Respectful of property. My only dissappointment was, I asked them to cut down 2 small bushes that took less than 5 minutes and I was charged $20.00 a piece, i.e. $40.00.
Description of Work: Trimmed all hedges, pulled out old ratty evergreen bushes, groomed ground covering everygreens including trimmed overgrowth at sidewalks edge, pulled all weeds from front of house, created a path to an outside foucet that was hidden with the addition of a stone walkway, added stone platform for hose reel, planted lilac bush with preparation of ground for the planting. Hauled all debris away including my dried up christmas tree.

 + -1 moreLast summer I used a different company for my lawn care. That person only charged $30 per mowing, but he was somewhat unreliable . . . I never knew when he was showing up and he rarely showed up when he said he would. But it was cheap, so I accepted that. This summer, however, I have chased him for four weeks trying to get him to come out and work and finally I started looking for someone different. Two of the companies I called didn't answer and one couldn't fit their trailer in my driveway. This company answered right away, came over within 1/2 hour and looked at the project and completed the work. Now, I rated his quality as a B, but that is mostly because my yard was a mess and I didn't ask him to try and make it look fantastic, because that would have cost more. I am a tenant and I have to work on a budget to keep the yard under control. He usually does work on a weekly basis but says he will do bi-weekly if that is what I can afford. It is higher than what I paid last year, but at least he will show up on time and be efficient. Plus, he moves everything and blows up the clippings. With the other company, I had to move all my lawn items and rake afterwards. I think I will stick with him. The extra $10 per visit is worth the hassle-free service.
Description of Work: My foot tall yard was mowed, then mowed over again, weed-eating/edging and blowing away most of the grass clippings.
